Livermore Studio near Downtown

The Livermore Firefly is located near the vibrant downtown area which boasts a wonderful assortment of restaurants and shops. On the south side of town you can find a host of world-renowned wineries.

The Livermore Firefly studio is the end unit of a tri-plex. It shares one wall but is generally quiet. You may hear the occasional dog barking, loud car driving by, or the festive mariachi music for a local birthday party.

The comfy king bed has quality linens.

There is a minisplit A/C, heater and ceiling fan with remote controls for your comfort.

The smart TV is ready for you to enter your own account information to watch Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Please note, the studio does NOT have cable.

The kitchen is well-equipped for your culinary enjoyment. In addition to the essentials you will find a small crockpot, personal blender, keurig single serve coffee maker, french press, tea kettle, and toaster.

The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Please note that I do need to uphold my cancelation policy, so if there is any chance you will need to cancel, shorten length or change dates, please make sure to purchase trip insurance.

Cute Downtown Bungalow

Even better than the pictures! This place has everything you need for a very cozy and comfy stay. The owner has truly thought of everything. The bed is super comfortable and the linens are high quality. I would stay here again.

What can I say - great host, great location, close to downtown and a truly wonderful stay. This unit had everything that we could possible need! Our hostess, Amy, is kind, patient, professional, and a beautiful person. Her inn reflects her warmth and high standards for cleanliness. Her inn has all the amenities to make it comfortable including a quiet place to rest at the end of the day. What a treasure!!!

Great value

This property is exactly what it looks like on the site. It is clean and mostly new. Much better than a hotel room. I’d like to give it a 41/2. My only complaint and this is personal is the bed is too hard for me. And I like to take a bath, but this one was old and had been painted and the paint was peeling. Those were small problems. I would still recommend it to others.

Studio at Livermore

We loved this property the owner was very easy to communicate with and the place had everything we needed , it s like she anticipated every single thing we might need and the King size bed was so comfy including the pillows that my husband really appreciated as he is recovering from neck surgery in May where they replaced one disc and fused another one on his neck, overall it was a very relaxing vacation and we are looking forward to coming back and hopefully stay in yhe same place again , thank you Amy.

A perfect place

I stayed at this beautiful studio for a week when I moved from another city. The place is super clean, has all the things necessary - bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, cooking oil, salt, pepper and Keurig coffee pods!! Bed is extremely comfortable. A great experience. I forgot a scarf in the studio when I checked out and Amy very kindly arranged to get it back to me. Thank you, Amy!

Fabulous studio near downtown

I'm a woman traveling solo and loved spending a week in this fabulous property. It is a lovely studio with all the amenities and felt like a home away from home. Amy was fantastic throughout the process and I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful space

Amy's studio apartment is very comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. She had thought of all the needs of her guests. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location and very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Moms Wine Trip

This place was perfect for our little weekend getaway! We signed up for the wine trolley and the first winery was just a short drive away. We were within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. It was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Clean and organized. They had laundry detergent, cooking oil and shampoo/ Conditioner and soap. Master bedroom very very soft mattress, second bedroom more firm. I was unable to sleep on master bed but if super soft is your thing you’ll like it. Key in code to get in, WiFi available, stroller in closet in case you have kids. Nice outside seating with gate to keep potential kids in.

Safe Haven in the Time of COVID

We needed a private place to stay while one of us was having a necessary operation at a nearby hospital. In addition to being just as described, this one-story property was secure from Corona risk in that it has only an outside entrance direct from street parking and stands alone except for one abutting wall with no through access to the next property. Plus it is in a reliably quiet residential neighborhood. A great find.

Absolutely Perfect

We were in Livermore for a few days to visit our daughter and this VRBO was perfect. Everything we needed, cozy, quiet and comfortable. Just a short walk to downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We will be back and will definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We bought this property as an investment many years ago. When we originally purchased it the neighborhood was pretty run down and downtown Livermore was nothing special. Over the last 15 years the neighborhood has experienced drastic improvements and the downtown district has undergone a major renovation. Downtown Livermore is now a destination and the wineries on the south side of town have brought something special as well.

What makes this property unique

Staying in a residential, working class neighborhood you get the true feel for life in Livermore. Yet being so close to downtown you can walk to the many restaurants and shops. It's the best of both worlds. The studio offers all the creature comforts of home that you don't find in a sterile hotel room.
