This one bedroom-one bath cottage features an office-living room with a eleven foot granite computer workspace, WiFi and built-in USB ports, a hand-chiseled stone gas fireplace and a 50" television with DirecTv and DVR.
The full kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinetry, a 32" television, stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, electric tea kettle and a Nespresso machine with an extensive coffee and tea collection.
The bedroom features a mahogany California King-sized bed with a pillow-top Stearns and Foster mattress and luxury linens. Built-in USB ports on either side of the bed allow you to charge your phone or work on your laptop. This room also has a 50" television and stereo receiver, DirecTv and DVR. The clearheart redwood panelled walls, original vintage artwork and hickory flooring contribute to a crisp and yacht-like atmosphere.
The bath has Brazilian marble countertops with double sinks, a five foot cast iron tub and separate walk-in shower. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer.
The charming, private brick patio garden includes an old world fountain and a table with umbrella and chairs for a delightful outdoor experience.
