Living Room, Family room, Dining room, Kitchen and Exercise room in a home located half way between SF and San Jose in the center of Silicon Valley close to Stanford University. Zen garden with BBQ. You will feel like you are in a resort! NO BIG PARTIES. 30 years old and up! ID required.
The space
Architect designed and furnished! Living, dining, kitchen. family room, nook, two bedrooms and one and a half baths., laundry room, awesome patio with firepit and bbq and hot tub.
Guest access
The host may or may not be in an attached locked off master bedroom unit at the rear of the house. Access is through a common yard. The tenants will have total use of the rest of the house. The host will not be in the tenant space at all. The host can provide a breakfast to be negotiated.
Other things to note
Very comfortable updated home. There is a 12% occupancy tax to Redwood City that is included in the fee.
