ATTENTION- WE OFFER OFF SEASON PRICING! THE LONGER THE STAY THE MORE REASONABLE THE RATE. Check out the calendar for different rates based on month, week, day & length of stay. All offers considered & negotiable. Feel free to contact us.

This sunlit cottage is at the southern end of the main strip at Hampton Beach away from the traffic & crowds yet just a short walk to it all!

This property has its own private, 2 car, off road parking.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LINENS, BLANKETS, PILLOWS & TOWELS.

If you would prefer NOT to bring your own, we do have a “linens package” for an additional service fee which can be discussed and possibly added.

There are front and rear decks. The front deck features an outside shower. The rear deck has a Weber gas grill and patio furniture for eating and enjoying outside.

There is NO smoking in the house but we do provide a cigarette disposal unit which you will find on the rear deck.

The open living area is where you’ll find the pull out couches, a pub size table with 4 seats, 55” Smart TV with cable /WiFi and a Blu-ray DVD player.

Other conveniences include: window air conditioning, full size washer/dryer, microwave, an electric fireplace and small fans in bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, silverware, glassware and pots and pans. We provide a full size coffee maker with filters.

There are many fun options just a short walk away...
Free nightly outdoor shows at the Sea Shell, Monday night movies on the beach, major acts at the Casino, mini golf, water slide, fireworks every Wednesday, arcades and more!

Must be over 25 to rent.

We bought this beach house for many reasons but its excellent location, steps to your feet in the sand... sold us! We hope you, your family and friends enjoy our little beach spot and all the beauty that surrounds it!

Relaxing getaway in Hampton Beach

Hampton Beach in the off season was a wonderful vacation spot for visiting the northern Atlantic coast region. We had never stayed in New Hampshire before and we will definitely be back. The location of Lisa's cottage was perfectly centrally situated for visiting the beach, walking trails, Southern Maine, and the close by towns of Exeter and Portsmouth. We had everything we needed in the cottage. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were many TV channel options for cool Fall evenings. Thanks to our hosts for the opportunity to see another part of the U.S.

Off-season Bliss

Hampton Beach is charming even in the off-season. Our stay was made wonderful with this cute home away from home. Even through a Nor'easter, with the many TV, Cable and DVD options -- had a great time!

A little Gem

The house is very well equipped with everything you would possibly need. We found it very comfortable and spacious for the two of us. The beds were very comfortable. Enough closet and drawer space. It was just Ducky!

Adorable and close to beach!

We loved this little beach house. It’s location on a dead end street tucked away is perfect for a getaway with kids. We were away from the bustle of the strip but could still easily access all the shops and the ocean. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well kept and had excellent appliances! The fireplace and air conditioning made this place perfect! We will definitely be coming back!

Quick Get-away before the crowds came!!!

We are had an excellent time! The cottage was cute and just the right size for my small crew. 2- 4 people. We don't live far from Hampton Beach so some could still go to work. Location was perfect. In between beach - quiet end and short walk to all the great restaurants and sites! Sand Castle competition was great too see! We'll be looking forward to another great visit next season. Lisa quickly resolved any little glitches. It was all good! 👍

Ideal get away!

There is not one single thing that could be done to improve this cottage. It is close to my favorite part of the beach, near the State Campground. Walking back from the beach at the end of the day, there is a spray hose on the front porch to wash the sand off your feet. The cottage is the best appointed, best decorated one I have ever rented in more than 20 years; it has everything needed to prepare meals, either inside with the stove (a complete set of pans and cooking utensils) or out on the back deck on the gas grill. The beds are very comfortable, including the fold out couch that a friend slept on happily for a couple of nights. The washer and dryer were a tremendous convenience. The area is perfect; the grocery store at the head of the street, the fun breakfast place up at the harbor, all the shops and restaurants in town. Lisa was instantly available when I had a question about using the dryer. I am already planning my next vacation to Hampton Beach and with Beachy's full calendar for this season and some early reservations for next season, I'll be making that plan right away!

A real gem

Great location - central to everything yet only a 1-2 minute walk to beach. No beach view but that is the ONLY additional thing one could ask for. This south end of the beach is a different and calmer experience . The cottage is stocked well but not cluttered! Very tastefully done. Thank you. We’ll be back 😁

Perfect location for Hampton Beaches

5 star rating!!! Newly updated kitchen, spacious living/dining room, quaint cottage space but lots of room for sleeping. Just Ducky had a well stocked kitchen as far as utensils, pans, etc. The amenities were all there, clean and ready to go. A more private beach just steps from the cottage, Hampton State Beach a minute walk, and the boardwalk beach right down the street as well, with all the food, shopping, and convenient bath houses you could want. Two parking spaces at the cottage make it so easy to leave your car there and not have to get back in until you end your stay.
