Hope Town Haven is ideally located on the southside of 30A, a short 3-minute walk to the beach and steps from restaurants, shops, tennis courts, and the fitness center, it offers the perfect blend of luxury, location, and laid-back comfort.

The cottage is designed with gathering, entertaining and relaxing in coastal style with a spacious open living area that extends to the private courtyard and plunge pool. Enjoy Hope Town Haven's outdoor oasis of comfortable outdoor seating areas, stainless outdoor kitchen, grill and firepit. A gourmet kitchen with gas range and everything you could ever need to host family and friends is punctuated by a spacious dining table overlooking the boardwalk. A bunk room with two twins and a guest bathroom round out the first floor.

Upstairs, Hope Town Haven features two primary suites with King beds and en suite bathrooms and private balconies overlooking the courtyard. The third bedroom on this level is perfect for kids or additional guests with both a twin and queen bunk bed. All bedrooms include a large Smart TV for your comfort and entertainment.

Rosemary is better than this.

We have rented homes in Rosemary for more than 10 years, and this home was by far the most disappointing. The main issue is that it’s dingy and not well maintained. Slip covers are really dirty, vents caked with dust, garbage left on the patio, etc. The house is much smaller than how described, as is the “pool” which is really more like a fountain. Our son got a horrible ear infection because it was not properly maintained. Parking was a headache and a host of other issues made this a real disappointment. For the weekly rate and management fee, the highest we've ever paid, we would expect the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company to have made this experience impeccable. We will not be renting properties they manage in the future.

Good location but house is small

We have rented many houses over the years in Rosemary but this one was a little misleading. This house is SMALL! It is only big enough for two families and two of the 4 bedrooms are bunk rooms with one set of bunk beds. The location was nice but for the size of the house it was overpriced.
