You'll find this space in a sunny complex in the Moody area of Wells, directly adjacent to the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve. Spend the pristine summer months antiquing, walking the nearby wetland trails, and surfing, swimming or building sand castles at Wells Beach and Ogunquit Beach. In the summer, the trolley stops at the retreat next door, making it easy to reach both beaches without having to drive!

The living area is equipped with every necessity for a coastal retreat, including a flatscreen TV, seating out front, and a table and chairs by the window. Pack up a few snacks in the kitchenette (with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker) each morning, take a short stroll to the beach, and spend sunny afternoons swimming and sunbathing at the shared outdoor pool.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note that no boats, RVs, or trailers of any kind are permitted on this property, as part of HOA rules.
The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., weather permitting.
No electric car charging is permitted on-site.
The speed limit is 5MPH.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
