Great property close to Cooperstown All-Star Village

My family and I booked this property for the Cooperstown All-Star village tournament. We were traveling with two separate groups and the house was more than accommodating for everyone.Very historic 19 century house that has been updated just enough. I have recommended this property to friends that are traveling for the tournament next summer.

Amazing House

This large house was perfect for our teams parents and siblings. Close to Cooperstown All Star Village and also everything in town. We enjoyed staying here and being so close to the park.

All Star Stay

This house had some of its old features which was an added bonus into staying there. We traveled for baseball at The All Star Village. The location was perfect to allow you to spend downtime there. Saved on travel time between the house and fields. Spacious home that accommodated my large party and gave everyone their own space.

Great for baseball families

We had 4 couples and 3 kids stay at the property. It is an older property but has so much space. Dave was very easy to work with and responsive. We had no issues with our stay. The kids loved finding all the nooks, crannies and fun stuff in the house. Very easy to get to anywhere in Oneonta and ASV.

Beautiful house with some history

There were 10 adults that stayed in this home, and there was more than enough space! Air conditioners worked great in the rooms. Along with comfortable beds, it provided for a very good nights rest, which we needed after walking those hills at All Star Village all day! It was a short walk to the cute downtown area, which had several delicious restaurants. I loved this house so much, I want to come back to visit again, just so I can stay there!

Amazing Beds

The house is very old, during the year it’s a frat house. the kitchen is very small. We stayed here for a baseball tournament for Cooperstown, the bathrooms are only in the bedrooms. All Star Village, which is 11 minutes away.

Spacious Victorian

Dave was very responsive and helpful, even mailing me some things we left behind at the house. The property is exactly as represented and very spacious. We have a big group and has plenty of room to spread out. The two refrigerators were very useful with our big group. The house is old, so expect typical things from an old house, like surprise temperature changes when someone flushed the toilet or turns on the sink, but it is well maintained. Thanks Dave for sharing your wonderful place with us.

Charming Old House, Centrally Located

Very large Victorian home, with enough rooms and bathrooms for 4 families to share… cold a/c & comfy beds. 7 minutes away from All Star Village. Nice enough, but potential to be amazing if interiors and furnishings were updated. Owner was very responsive to inquiries and requests. Dishwasher was not working and Owner is aware. Recommend that owner also check all light bulbs are working, and make sure that all windows and doors are lockable, as the house is very close to downtown Oneonta and there were some homeless people in the neighborhood at night. Kids will definitely have fun playing hide and seek in this large home!

Great house and location for baseball families playing Baseball at All Star Village

Dave was amazing to work with. He had great communication, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend this house. The location was ideal- close to the fields and stores. The house was beautiful. There is plenty of room for several families.

Great house for baseball families

This house has tons of character and was perfect for four families with kids playing at the Cooperstown Allstar village. Plenty of room for kids and adults to hang out. Caretaker next door was super helpful with anything we needed.

TAC Cooperstown

Thank you for a wonderful Cooperstown experience. The TAC youth baseball team participated in their first Cooperstown experience and a few of the families stayed at this property. The property was perfect. It was super clean, had plenty of space for our families, a great yard for kids to play in, and was in the perfect location as it was only 5 minutes to the fields. Dave, the owner, was awesome to work with! Les, the neighbor, was super helpful, and provided some wonderful insight into Oneonta. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Again, thank you!
