Just got back from a fabulous stay in this very clean, well appointed home. Michael was an absolute dream to work with and was so very accommodating to ensure our family gathering went off without a hitch. Beautiful area, close to two clean beaches with calm waters. The little kids and the group loved the pool and we all enjoyed evenings around the fire pit. Michael, thank you for the roaster (I did notice and appreciate you). I would highly recommend a stay at 79 Sandcastle. The golf cart rental was fun and I am glad we opted to add it on.

This place was wonderful! The house accommodated a large family vacation! Enough room to accomodate parents and adult children. Michael is an exceptional host. He was very easy to communicate with and problem solve with us! He even went above by ordering a ramp for our family member who was in a wheelchair to be able to join us at the pool and near the BBQ!! Much appreciated! The house was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Great house and amenities for large group. Owner was responsive. Internet went out because of a major storm. He called Spectrum to troubleshoot and get it fixed. Plenty for kids to do as well.

Beach vacation

Great property. Plenty of space for 10 adults. Well-equipped, everything we needed for a full week. Pool, fire pit, and grill were nice to have. The beach gear (umbrellas, towels, chairs, coolers, wagons) was a nice bonus. Michael was a great host.

Fantastic Family Fun

Perfect sport for our 3 generation family reunion with 9 grandkids ages 18-2. Extremely well equipped kitchen, tons of extra towels, blankets, pillows and toys. Thank you tons for an excellent stay!

Fun had by all!

Our family loved this property! We loved the space of the house, the pool, the hot tub, and how close we were to the beach! Renting the golf cart was a must and bonus treat!

11 of our family members stayed at this beautiful place! 2 of the 3 mornings we drove to Parris Island, and it really was not a bad drive! 3 nights was certainly not enough, but was all we had this trip! We're looking forward to a return trip! Everything was marvelous!

Peace by the beach

From the moment we walked into the home, it felt very much like home. It was roomy, spacious, clean, and the owner was really on point with communication. The pool was warm and the hot tub was a plus. We used the fire pit a lot. We loved every part of what the amenities had to offer. The living and dining space and kitchen were an open floor concept and it worked great for when we all wanted to hang out. All the beds were super comfortable. The games on the fourth floor was a bonus. The place itself was super clean and designed for peace and relaxation. All the thoughtful decorations were on point as well. The walk to the beach isn’t far at all. It’s pretty much a straight shot once you get out of the gated community. About a 9 minute walk, but if you’re biking you can get there within 4-5 minutes. The house also has an elevator which was awesome for my elderly mom to navigate up and down the levels. It also made it easier for taking our luggage up and down too. It was fully stocked in the kitchen and the owner made sure you didnt just get a starter pack which is also a plus. This house is amazing and we would definitely stay here again when we come to visit Hilton head. Thank you for letting us stay in your home for our vacation. We really loved it.

This is a very well maintained home in a development close to the beach. The owner, Michael, makes sure the house is well stocked with everything you need besides food. Charcoal, campfire wood, spices and more than enough dishes for a large group. He even called us the day of check in and offered us the home earlier than check in.

House had everything

Beautiful home. Owner was responsive and extremely helpful and easy to work with. Never stayed in such a well stocked house. The house had everything including charcoal for the grill and wood for the fire pit. The pool and hot tub were great and the elevator came in very handy for my elderly mother. Would definitely stay here again.

Sandcastle at Hilton Head

This house worked perfectly for our family of 4 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 5 mo to 12years old. The elevator was an absolute life saver for transporting luggage to the 3rd and 2nd floors and groceries to the 2nd level. The kids had a great time playing up in the bunk room. We had a great time.

Bride Tribe Bachelorette!

Our group celebrated a bachelorette weekend in Hilton Head, SC and had an amazing time at this beach house! It was spacious, clean, had all the amenities, and just a short walk to the beach. Michael was so easy to communicate with leading up to the stay and answered any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Great Location, Great House Layout

Great house location, fully stocked. Plenty of space for separate hang outs. The pool area was fun for our small kids and adults, with plenty of seating / toys. Thanks for a great stay! Michael was very responsive and accommodating to one of our allergies!

Great together time

Staying at this property was a good match for our traveling group of 5 households that meet once a year. We appreciated the 10 min walk to Folly Field Beach along the paved path. We used the house's beach chairs, umbrellas, & wagons. The house configuration & elevator was great for together time. Having the pool on the garage level was a great activity when coming back from the beach or on a rainy day. We used the grill and liked the great big kitchen table for all to sit around.

Short Stay

I rented the property to host my friends and family coming from out of town to celebrate my engagement. The house was clean, the space was perfect, the amenities were fantastic. Great place to stay!

Best place to spend vacation

This property is very very nice...clean, everything you need for adults to new born was available in the house. Host is very nice and response time is very fast. I would only stay at this property every time I visit Hilton head
