Great place for several families and lots of kids. Pool was a great temp, toys and floaties available. We used the Weber gas grill which was in great shape. Walk to beach was actually 3 mins. Comfy beds, suitable kitchen and dining for 12 people.

Visited with five adults and one baby. There was so many added extras perfect for infants and children and at the same time very comfortable for adults. Well stocked kitchen to accommodate large groups. Instructions related to house very clearly labeled. All beds very comfortable. Proximity to beach was key.

Great home for large family. Plenty of seating for meals and game nights. Short easy walk to the beach. Loved that bikes, beach wagons and beach chairs were available to use. Quick walk or bike to the general store for ice cream!

Great heated pool and spa; short walk out the backyard to the beach; central location to tennis center, general store, outfitters, and Alexander ‘s restaurant; large, spacious kitchen. Our family really enjoyed the week at this house.

Very close to the beach (3rd row) and cute signs that point you on the path to it. The pool was fantastic, the house was very clean. The host was very responsive. We hope to come back!

This house was perfect for our stay! We have been coming to HHI for many years and this is our first time staying at this house. We love Palmetto Dunes and the area. The pool and hot tub were perfect, especially since we didn’t have beach weather for most days. Communication with the host was extremely easy. Their attention to detail in the house is spectacular. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Fabulous Hilton Head Location

This property is spacious, well appointed, and super close to the ocean. The short walk and easy beach path access were wonderful. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. There are many amenities and extras included. All of this made for a wonderful experience.
