*Weekend rentals require both Saturday and Sunday to be included. Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis.

*This condo is a 3rd floor walk-up and not recommended for individuals who have difficulty negotiating stairs.

Come and enjoy the sunrise on the big waters of Smith Mountain Lake from one of the decks of this 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo on the top floor at Highland Pointe on the southern part of the lake. From the morning sunrises, to the beautiful vistas from just about every window, this condo is the perfect place to unwind and make memories. The condo is equipped with a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including an automatic ice maker to keep the cooler full), and a very well stocked selection of cookware and utensils.

The condo has two bedrooms on the main level, and one loft bedroom overlooking the main living area. The first main floor bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom, television, dvd player, and small deck overlooking the docks and community pool. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a full bathroom in the adjoining hallway. The loft bedroom has a queen size bed and private full bathroom and its' own private deck overlooking the lake where you can wake up to the most beautiful sunrises. It also has a love seat that opens up to a full bed to accommodate children or additional guests as necessary.

The living room has a leather couch and loveseat, both with recliners on each end for watching tv or movies on the 55 inch smart tv. We also have good cell service, complementary wireless internet, and basic cable channels. The eating area features an elevated table that comfortably seats 6 people in front of a bay window providing more views of the lake.

The condo Includes a full sized cloths washer and dryer. A boat slip is available for you to bring or rent a boat. Condo amenities include a community pool with hot tub, private on-site boat ramp, and a tennis/basketball/pickleball court a short walk from the condo. There is even a secure storage lot to park your boat trailer after putting your boat in the water.

Fantastic Place to stay

Great place to stay! Right on the water and the lake view was fantastic. Had access to swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts which was great to have something else to do when we weren't on the lake. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again!

Nice property with a great view!

Even though we couldn't use the pool due to COVID and no boat due to a historical high water level from heavy rain, we still enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again!..

Wonderful Family Vacation

Despite the rainy weather for most of our trip, we had a fabulous time. The area was so peaceful and quiet. We loved the little fishing dock and how close we were to our boat. Waking up to the calming waters of Smith Mountain Lake on the balconies was amazing.

Breathtaking view!

The condo was perfect for our 50th birthday celebration! The beds were comfortable, and the house was stocked as advertised. The back porch was where we spent most of the time because the views were so breathtaking. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Getaway

Absolutely perfect in every way. Lovely, well equipped and decorated condo with amazing view right on Smith Mountain Lake. Hardest part was trying to decide whether to enjoy the lake or the pool just across the driveway. The owners could not have been nicer with their communication. We hope to return for another visit!

Relaxing and Beautiful Views

First time staying at this property, the views of the lake and mountain are spectacular, we were treated to amazing sunrises and a lovely sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/glass ware/cooking utensils, etc. Beds are comfortable. The water pressure is quite strong, made for an enjoyable shower. Owners proactive with check-in/out procedures and responses to questions. We would stay here again.

We first rented this condo about 12 years ago and a few times since. We loved it so much we bought it! As previous renters, we strive to provide an excellent rental experience for our guests. Our family has made great memories here... Hopefully, you will too!!

Why they chose this property

The views from this condo are spectacular! Definitely, one of the best locations on the lake. It is quiet and relaxing, with friendly people in this smaller complex. The water is deep and clean. You can look down over the railing and see fish, ducks, and if you are lucky otters, swimming along the shoreline. If you are tired of the lake, you can relax and swim in the pool or hot tub. If you enjoy nature or bird watching, there are herons and bald eagles that have been known to inhabit the area around the pool and docks. The landscaping is nicely kept and there is no traffic to worry about because it is located at the end of the point. There is even an on-site community boat ramp conveniently located next to the pool to put your boat in without having to drive miles to a public boat ramp. Once you unload the boat there is a secure storage lot to park your trailer. Overall, a great place to enjoy nature, spend time with family or friends, and make memories.

What makes this property unique

A boat slip is available for you to bring or rent a boat. The on-site community boat ramp is conveniently located to prevent driving miles to a public ramp. The community pool with hot tub is very close to the condo, and the Basketball/Tennis/Pickleball court and trailer storage lot are a short walk. But most importantly, this condo has spectacular lake views, which will provide a peaceful and relaxing vacation. This condo is the perfect place for romance, relaxation, or for family fun!
