3rd bedroom has Set of Twin Size Beds and has a flat screen tv with cable tv.

The living room has a New pull out couch to sleep 8 comfortably. (Will allow 10 if you bring an air mattress)

Very dissatisfied with this condo rental. Poorly cleaned & had several issues with condo.

Arrived at condo around 4pm on 10/14/17 & condo was dirty (even after housekeeping had come & gone)! Reported several issues to management such as dirty sheets on beds & sand in the supposedly clean sheets. Closet door broken off hinge & updated tile in floor had several busted tiles. Flooring in master bedroom was missing pieces & transition piece was broken off threshold entrance. The bed in the 2nd. king bedroom had 2 box springs with a piece of foam on top. It didn't even had a real mattress & was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I did notify management of dirty sheets with mildew on Comforters & they sent a lady over with clean ones. I was told housekeeping would come over first thing the next morning, but no one came. I was finally notified that it would be around lunchtime before they could get someone out to clean the unit, but we already had plans for the afternoon & I told them to forget it. I cleaned our vacation rental myself! Probably the worst condo that we have ever stayed in & will definitely not be repeating this costly mistake again!

Beautiful beach, nice condo property, poor condition condo

The staff at Regency Tower was very polite. The grounds were in very good condition. View of the beach and Coastline was outstanding from condo balcony. The beach was beautiful. The condo we stayed in, however, left much to be desired. There was damage to the flooring throughout the entire condo, sand was not completely cleaned up before we arrived, ceiling fan in master bedroom had an immense amount of dust and dirt buildup on the blades... So much that we never even used it. Perhaps minor but a big deal to a group of seven, there were only three spoons in the silverware drawer. During our stay, the Orkin man was very polite during his routine checkup and treatment of the property. However, it was a little alarming when two roaches made an appearance a couple of days following his visit. Pricing for the entire week was reasonable and extremely competitive with other properties in the area.

Owner's Response: Hi Aaron thank you for your comments. The floors in 85% of our 7th floor condo are all tile and there is nothing wrong with them at all so this comment is not representative of the actual condition. As you and I discussed the floor in the Master Bedroom is a wood floor and there is a small area next to the wall that had some water damage due to a water leak from a condo above it. The owner plans to replace this floor with tile as soon as there is an opening in the schedule. We are sorry about the ceiling fan and the spoons but when you called our local contact number for maintenance and housekeeping issues we took care of those oversights immediately. What you saw after the Orkin man was there and had performed preventative pest control treatment was not kitchen roaches. The large bugs you saw were Palmetto bugs which are indigenous to our area of Florida. Guests tend to leave sliding glass doors open so they can listen to the waves on the beach. Palmetto bugs will come inside of a condo whenever a door is opened when there is a lot of rain which there was the first part of the week you were here.

My son and I were very impressed with this complex. It's a beautiful resort that offers round the clock security, the office and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our condo was not in good condition. It has a very well designed floor plan and the furnishings are attractive, but the unit has not been properly maintained. I've tried to list the deficiencies room by room. The lock on the front door was broken and the doorstop need to be replaced.(These matters were taken care of by a repairman from HomeAway.) The globe over the porch light was broken, and the bare bulb could not be turned on. It may be burned out, but I suspect the trouble is in the switch since there were several light switches in the condo that turned on nothing. The kitchen cabinets were shabby with peeling paint and a missing drawer pull. The refrigerator door was damaged, but it worked fine. The electric stove works well enough, but the burners don't fit properly and I had to cook at an angle. There are no sink strainers/stoppers. The living room/dining room/kitchen shared a mirrored wall and the electrical outlets in that wall are difficult to use. The lanai is larger than most, but the light doesn't work. The fabric on the chaise lounge was torn, making it unusable. The door from the lanai into the master bedroom could not be opened until the repairman came and forced it open. The light switch in the bedroom did not work and two walls were damaged. On a positive note, the closets were roomy and the bed comfy. I could not run water in the tub in the master bathroom. Something was wrong with the faucet and only the shower worked. Also, the door handle in the master bath was broken. The laundry room beside the bathrooms housed a stackable washer/dryer which looked new and worked great. The guest bedroom was in good shape, but the television didn't work. As for supplies, there was ONE kitchen trash bag so I bought my own. There was ONE kitchen towel and no potholders or oven mitt. Dishes, flatware, pots and pans were adequate. I learned that the condo is for sale when a realtor brought clients to view the unit. The realtor, unaware that the unit was occupied, was apologetic. Despite these shortcomings, the view of the beach and the gulf was gorgeous. With updating and maintenance, this could be a very nice condo. The complex is in a good location, easy to find with plenty of parking.

Owner's Response: This guest could best be described as a bit picky and unfortunately just a little bit helpless when attempting to use or operate most of the items mentioned in her review.. The items on the list of deficiencies were either repaired by our maintenance man while the guests were here or just not needing any repairs as explained below. The night latch (not the lock) on the front door and the doorstop was replaced for these guests as noted in their review. The balcony porch light was not broken; it was disabled by the resort. New “Sea Turtle” compliant lights will be installed by the resort. Some of the light switches in the condo connect to duplex electrical outlets. Guests unplug lamps then plug them back into the wrong side of the receptacle and when nothing is plugged into the switch side of the receptacle of course nothing will turn on when the switch is operated. The kitchen cabinet missing drawer pull was replaced for these guests. The refrigerator worked fine. The electric stove works fine the burners just needed to be pushed down to fit into the slots in the drip pan. The sink strainers/stoppers were under the sink in the lower cabinet. The electrical outlets in the mirrored wall worked fine for all of our other guests. The chaise lounge was replaced for these guests. The door from the lanai into the master bedroom opened fine after our maintenance man unlocked it for these guests. The light switch in the bedroom does work the lamp on the nightstand was plugged into the wrong side of the receptacle. There was nothing wrong with the faucet in the master bath the guests could not figure out how to operate it. The television in the guests bedroom needed a new cable box.

Very nice.

The property was really nice. We stayed in the 11th floor unit, and it could have used some upgraded decor and a handful of very minor repairs, but was perfectly suited to meet our needs. The property was well lit in the front, which makes a person feel a little more at ease when away from home. The 2 pools were large sized and clean. The kiddie pool would be great for someone with small children, especially with the outdoor restrooms so close by. A very nice feature that came with this reservation, was the beach chair service that provides us with 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella already reserved and ready for us everyday by the Gulf. The lobby had mailboxes, a TV restrooms, and morning coffee available. There's a gift shop. Also, there are bending machines through out the property to buy soda, snacks, and even playing cards, goggles, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Not the best experience

We have stayed at the Regency Towers for years and have always been pleased with the condos, given the age of the resort. That was not the case this time. We stayed in unit 503. It was not very clean, the twin beds were not even made, the sheets still in the dryer, the TV in one of the guest rooms did not work, it was not furnished adequately with kitchen needs such as pots, pans, skillets. The furniture and decor is very outdated. There was a leak in two of the air vents causing constant water in the floor. The main bathroom shower had a VERY slow drain. The dryer had to be ran at least twice to dry the clothes or towels. I would definitely check out other condos at this property before going with this one.

Fantastic Place!!!

We stayed in this condo last summer and it was great for my small children, my teenagers and my parents as well as myself and my husband. we had a great time and we close to everything. We will definantly be staying here again. Highly recommended!!!!
