Unlike many other three-bedroom units in the complex, which are located on the sides, this unit boasts direct Gulf views, making it a rare and highly desirable find that books quickly!

Inside, you’ll find a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout featuring a king bed in the master bedroom with private balcony access—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee with a sea breeze. The second bedroom is perfect for families, offering both a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, while the third bedroom includes another comfortable king bed. There’s also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing plenty of sleeping space for everyone in your group.

The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, and two modern bathrooms make getting ready for the day a breeze. For added convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer.

A $40 Per Condo Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, 1 extra is $15.
Each renter will be issued 3 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

Only issue was it was very dirty had to clean it ourselves sand was all over the floor tables hadn’t been cleaned sliding glass door was broke to balcony .

We were very unhappy with our stay over all we had lots of issues some were very hazardous such as the electrical outlets are all loose and sparking when something was plugged into them. The bunk beds were cracked and felt very unstable. The bathrooms had serious water damage. The dryers vent was extremely full and had a horrible smell thankfully we checked it before it caught fire. The air conditioner was barley running when we checked in and when we inspected the air conditioning unit it looked as the filter had never been changed and when we had the service repair man in her verified how clogged it was and that it was beginning to freeze up. The door handle was hanging by one screw to the patio and thankfully my husband didn’t cut his hand on the other end of it but that had to be replaced right away. The air duct vents had water pouring out of them with what appeared to be black mold surrounding the drywall around the vent I have pictures and documentation of it all. This is not what I expected to be staying in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time to stay at Regency Towers. The room we had before this time was bigger, but it was on the side so we didn’t have a direct view of the ocean. So we really enjoyed that part. The washer and dryer were very small so we had to do multiple loads throughout the week. I’m not sure the sheets were exactly clean. There were beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet. We were able to use while we were there. there wasn’t many pans to cook on, so we had to buy some stuff and left it for the next renters. The handle to the outside balcony was broken, but we were able to open the door OK. I don’t like that. The hot tub closes before the pool or that the pool closes or the pool deck at all because you can’t hear any noise inside the rooms. I also don’t like you can’t have an I don’t like that.
