This vacation villa is minutes away from everything Orlando/Kissimmee has to offer! It is perfectly located in the center of it all--with Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Orlando International Airport, and the Orlando Convention Center a short distance away. The entrance to Disney is just 5 miles.

SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica - 5 Miles. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, CityWalk - 10 Miles. Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island - 3 Miles. Premium Outlet Mall - 3.5 Miles. Celebration, FL (Disney Community - Downtown Shops, Restaurants & Golf) - 4 miles. Other Activities: Beach - 60 miles. Only minutes to Disney gate entrance. No traffic to delay your exciting day! Restaurants and tourist attractions within minutes and even within walking distance!

This is a beautifully furnished townhouse located in a guarded, gated community that offers the benefits of resorts with the added comfort of a spacious 1,296 square foot townhouse. This three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse includes: living room with cable TV and DVD, dining room, kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, master bath with Jacuzzi tub, and HDTV LCD/DVD. All mattresses are upgraded quality - not your typical rental.

The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds with a LCD TV/DVD combo in each of these bedrooms. Including the pull-out sofa, this villa sleeps eight. In unit free long distance calls can be made in the USA and Canada and Puerto Rico. High speed wireless internet service is provided free of cost.
On site amenities include a huge (2,600 square foot) heated swimming pool, surrounded by a 7,800 square foot deck, spa and splash pad. The clubhouse amenities include a large well equipped exercise room, business center, conference room, etc. This 32 acre community offers full size basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court and playground. A large pond and natural preservation area surround the back of the property.

Great location with plenty of room

Great place to stay!

Very nice, spacious condo with a lot of great amenities on site. Enjoyed the pool, tiki bar, and even paddle boats onsite. We stayed for a week, could have used a few more standard supplies, but there are many stores nearby. Overall great place, would stay again and recommend!

Seven Dwarfs Villa

It was a nice visit! The pool, hot tub, and splash pad were a big hit with our children! It was also very close to Disney. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent property that lived up to all promises and pictures. Pool and Tiki Bar was awesome. We enjoyed the $2 draft beer every evening poolside. Everything was spotless and location was great.

This place was just perfect for a trip with our grandson. We LOVED it. It was extremely clean and up to date. It was close to everything and the owner is an awesome person to work with. We will stay here as long as it is available when we book! Couldn’t be happier with it.

Wonderful Villa at an affordable price

My family of four stayed at this property last month and couldn't have been more pleased. The villa was very clean and well taken care of. It was great to be able to do laundry and prepare our own meals. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were in good working order. It was also nice being in a gated community and using the pool. It's within driving distance to all the main area attractions and just down the street from a Target. Do yourself a favor and stay at this villa instead of the typical cramped hotel room!

Great little find

We spent a lot of time inside the condo due to illness. The couch was not in great shape at all when we got there. We contacted the owner and she had a beautiful new one put in before we left. It's really a nice comfy one. The owner was so nice to work with. The shower was FANTASTIC too. Lots of storage and lots of things supplied to make your stay one of a kind. It's a very quiet spot too, close to a picnic area for a barbeque or just a lunch outside.

Wonderful Experience

The stay was great, the place was nice, very neat and clean. Nice area everything was just nice! We have been a lot of places and stayed in different villas, this by far was the best. This is going to be my go to spot for all trips to Florida. I will say that the only thing that was confusing was when booking it make sure the address is correct because the property managers own two villas and one is occupied by someone and that's the address it gives you, so we actually woke someone up even though he was nice and told us about the mix up, you can tell this happens a lot, but other than that a wonderful vacation spot. I give them 10 stars!!!

Communication nightmare

First off when booking we booked one night short. Sent a message right after asking if we could add the night on to the stay. No response. Sent 3 additional messages over the next month attempting to get response. Nothing. 4 days before our stay we get a response that the night we wanted was booked. Well, obviously and we already made other arrangements for that night. Next, we show up to check into the townhouse and building and house number are wrong. Person that answers the door when we are fidgeting to get in directs us to the correct place. Very wierd situation. But obviously happens all the time. Call the host and they confirm the correct building.Place was so so clean hairs on some of the bedding, some garbage left behind from previous stay in one room. Beds were hard and pillows were as old and flat as could be.Location was good Disney was easy and close. Universal wasn't too bad of a drive either.

Nice place but No AC Upstairs

I worked all week trying to get the A/C looked at because there was no air coming through the upstairs vents and this was noticed on Saturday the check-in day with the owners. Their management company called me on Monday and said that he would get a technician out between 5 & 6 that day. I agreed to this time and stayed at the home but no one showed. It was not until Wednesday that the manager called back at approximately 6 in the evening and said the technician was at the home and could somebody be there. We were about to eat dinner at Magic Kingdom and asked for him to arrange a time for Thursday afternoon or Friday and never heard back from them. Other than it being extremely warm upstairs and the need to purchase fans for the 2 upstairs bedrooms to help circulate air, the home was in beautiful shape and had all the necessary amenities. I would stay again if they guarantee that the upstairs A/C is working.

The A/C has been serviced and is working in excellent condition. I have a new management company to ensure prompt response to my guests. I am trully sorry for the inconvenience. I really strive for my guests to have a great stay and enjoy their vacation.

Disney Vacation

Great Villa! Enjoyed our stay at the villa. Location was very secure and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again. Also, the owners were very polite and replied fast when messaged. The disney parks and universal studios were real close by.

Great place to stay!

The house was very nice and clean. It's super close to the theme parks, restaurants, shopping and activities. Universal was about a 20 minute drive die to traffic and Disney is only about 5 minutes. Its a gated resort with a pool, jacuzzi and playground. This condo looks out at the lake as you walk out the door. So pretty and the owners checked on us to make sure we made it in on time. Would definitely stay again! Great bang for your buck!

Pros: close to everything. Nice pool. Everything you need available in condo. Cons: it’s a 2 story.. the second floor was very hot!! Kids were miserable. Owner posted sign not to put temp lower than 72!! Most nights they slept in living room on sofa and chairs. Master bedroom has light coming in all night... light post outside window. There is no pantry to put your food. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Great stay!!

This property had everything we need. Great amenities, clean home. I have stayed at the Villas at seven Dwarfs about 4 times before and this was the cleanest of them all.

Fantastic house. Stayed in loads of villas in kissimmee over the years and this was by far the best.

Super clean. Loads of amenities. Fantastic pool and splash pad. Owner couldn't have been more accommodating. Will definitely be returning.

Nice Property

Property was clean and Dave was very responsive. Gated community and common areas were amazing. Kitchen is small for big families, but for us (party of 5) was enough. Air conditioner in the 2nd floor doesn't work well. We communicated this issue to Dave and his explanation didn't make sense to us. If you are planning to stay at home, relaxing this will be something to consider. Overall this was a nice property to stay for our mini vacation.
