Large modern 1 bedroom, 1bathroom townhouse, accommodates 6 guests (maximum 4 adults and 2 kids), with relaxing ocean décor located on North Padre Island at "Village by the Beach" close to the Packery channel, just minutes drive from restaurants and stores. It is 7 minutes walk down the Access Road 3A to the clean endless beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are 3 gorgeous heated resort style pools with fountain arch, night lights, plenty of shade, lounge chairs and grills, playground and splash pad for kids. Our ground floor townhouse with extra high ceilings and 2 parking spots right outside of the front door is a great family vacation spot. High speed internet access will keep you connected during your stay. There is a patio with outside furniture. Inside of the unit you will find: 2 smart TVs (55" and 42") with Netflix, full size washer and dryer, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top stove, granite counter tops and cabinets loaded with dishes, pots and pans, coffee makers, crock-pot, blender, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. The bedroom has a king-size bed. Twin over twin bunk beds in the hall for kids. There is a queen-size sleeping sofa in living room. Free WiFi. For folks from Northern states and Canada it's a great place to escape winter. Keyless lock on the front door will make your stay easier and less stressful.
