About this property

Charming stone cottage -air conditioner. Shared pool with 2 houses 10x5 m

This small house with lovely view is situated near Gordes, equipped with air conditioner.
Private terrace with pergola, on 600 m2 of land with swimming pool shared is waiting for you.

Can accommodate four people in two bedrooms.

Composition of the house: a bedroom with double bed and large attic which sleeps another 2 persons, bathroom, a living room-dining area and kitchen.

The “Accueil Soleil 2” house has common grounds of 1300 m2 with a second house named “Accueil Soleil 1”, also for rent.
These two beautiful houses of 45 m2 each, located in a quiet environment of the plain of Gordes share a large secured pool.

The rental rate includes bed linen, bath towels, change of linen every week in case of more than one week rental.
The final cleaning is also included but we ask you to throw the rubbish and leave the house in an acceptable state of cleanliness.
Cot and baby chair are available on request.



Come and discover the Provence and picturesque villages of the Luberon: Isle sur la Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Gordes (one of the most beautiful villages of France), the Borie village (dry stone huts), the Sénanque abbey, Ménerbes, Bonnieux, Lacoste.

But also: hiking, biking (Mont Ventoux 1911 m is not far…), bike road from Cavaillon to Apt and beyond towards Forcalquier, descent on Sorgue river with canoe or kayak, horseback riding, tree climbing, Via Ferrata...

Peaceful holiday in a great location.

We stayed in this charming stone cottage for a week using it as a base to explore the area by cycle. The property itself is simply furnished in the original style of the area and well equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. The pool is well maintained and although shared with an adjoining property, this was empty during our stay which added to the peaceful experience. Situated about 15 mins from the beautiful village of Gordes (by car) or 45 mins walking and backs on to open fields with lovely views. It would suit a larger group, particularly if both properties were rented however was perfect for us as a couple although our property would sleep four comfortably. The property is managed by Roman who was extremely helpful during the booking process and answered any questions we had very promptly. We had a lovely holiday and will be back!

Vorsicht: Problematischer Vermieter, Kanalisationsprobleme, WLAN: funktioniert nicht im Haus

Zunächst waren wir sehr irritiert, als wir nach der Buchungung des Hauses vom Vermieter, Herr M., darüber informiert wurden, dass er gar nicht der Eigentümer des Ferienhauses ist. Vor Ort wurden wir von der Eigentümerin P. sehr nett empfangen. Das Ferienhaus, der Pool und die Lage des Objektes sind sehr schön. 2 Personen haben genügend Platz, allerdings ist das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss (für mehr als 2 Pers.) sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil sehr dunkel. Das Haus und die sonstigen Umstände entsprechend dem Angebot. Auch die Umgebungs ist sehr sehr schön!!! Allerdings traten folgende Probleme auf: - Im Bad tritt aus der Dusche permanent Kanalisationsgestank aus und 2 Versuche der Besitzer, den Gestank zu beseitigen (Siphon umdrehen, mit Essigsäure alles reinigen) sind fehlgeschlagen. Es stank im Bad die ganze Zeit und das hat unsere Urlaubsfreude stark getrübt. - Das WLAN funktioniert nur in der Nähe des Pools, aber nicht im Ferienhaus selbst. Deshalb waren wir gezwungen, bei unseren Providern für teueres Geld Datenvolumen zusätzlich zu kaufen. Die Besitzer weigerten sich, uns diese Geld zu erstatten. - Das französische Bett ist mit einer Breite von 140 cm vielleicht für frisch Verliebte geeignet, nicht aber für Erwachsene, die im Normalfalle viel breitere Betten gewohnt sind. FAZIT: Ein sehr schönes Haus mit schöner Umgebung, aber mit einigen schwerwiegenden Mängeln. Problematisch ist auch, dass der Vermieter, Herr M., sich zwar bemüht hat, die Probleme durch die Besitzer beseitigen zu lassen. Aber als es um die Erstattung der Telefongebühren ging, hat er sich einfach für nicht zuständig erklärt sondern auf die Eigentümer verwiesen. Bei einem Rechtsstreit wäre es aus unserer Sicht unklar, wer verantwortlich gemacht werden kann: Herr M. oder die Eigentümer. Wir können nach unseren Erfahrungen dieses Ferienhaus überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Vielmehr raten wir aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen ab, dieses Haus anzumieten. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass wir diese Urteil fällen müssen, weil das Haus und auch die Lage sehr schön sind. F. + B. Ko. aus Freiburg i. Brsg.

Très bien situé dans la région, belle piscine, très calme

Nous sommes tous les 4 ravis. Bien de l'espace, petite cuisine fonctionnelle. Belle terrasse ombragée. Vu la chaleur à l'étage nous empêchant d'y dormir, il manquait une seconde vrai chambre : mais 2 ados on dormi ensemble dans le salon. Merci
