About this property

Modern Mountain Retreat

Updated modern luxury three-story, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath home townhouse is an ideal respite from the city. Located .09 miles from the lake. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, shopping, and Starbucks. Our home is fully furnished with everything you need to cook, rest, relax, and access all the wonderful amenities Lake Tahoe has to offer. Hike, swim, ski, eat, relax, or work remotely, but do it here at the lake.

A casually elegant retreat with a large, light and bright great room on the third floor: Gas fireplace and a 60-inch television. The gourmet kitchen has ample cooking, baking, serving, and dining items.

All bedrooms have very comfortable beds. Our mountain home does not have air conditioning.

Wi-fi throughout and a separate entrance studio as the fourth bedroom, complete with a full bath, has a convertible couch, 50-inch television, and a desk with two computer screens, for quiet remote work, school, or just additional privacy.

We are located in a quiet condominium community and subject to STR fines for noise violations. We ask our guests to respect our neighbors and adhere to our 10 pm quiet rules. No parties of any kind are allowed in our home or the surrounding common areas.

Guests have full access to the home and garage, including the studio located on the first floor. Locked closets and cabinets are reserved for the owner.

We are available during your stay through Airbnb messages.

Our home is located in the heart of Incline Village, Nevada. We are less than one mile from Lake Tahoe.

Parking-
Guests are welcome to park in the garage. One additional outdoor parking space is permitted in the complex. Parking on Oriole Way is permitted as signs indicate.

Outstanding!

This VRBO is absolutely terrific, especially the fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. All three bedrooms are excellent. The studio bedroom/study at end of garage can be tough to access with two cars in garage in addition to owner's stuff. The location is fabulous; owners' guest book very helpful. Incline Village is wonderful: great skiing, lake, restaurants.

A 5 Star Experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Keva’s home, a 5 star experience! The unit was close to all basic services and recreational activities. Well-provisioned for cooking and comfortable too. Communication was excellent, the host responded quickly to all messages and provided clear instructions. Keva unexpectedly offered to set up a Christmas tree for us for decorating during our stay over the holiday, we were delighted!

Tahoe condo close to everything

Property was centrally located with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Owners were great with communicating and responding to questions. Would definitely recommend!

A special place, in a special place

This was a special place, in Incline--a special place on the Lake. Wonderful location, access to both beach and mountains, supremely comfortable and relaxing with all the amenities to provide a wonderful, memorable summer vacation. Our hosts were welcoming and supportive when we had questions about our stay, both before and during our time. Five stars plus1
