The location in Kings Beach was excellent! The layout was good for two families with kids, and the kids loved the bunk room in particular.

Overall, a clean nice property. However both oven and grill did not work at all during our stay, which caused some last minute scrambling/challenges for meal prep (during a very busy holiday weekend). It also would have been helpful to read in the property description about how strict the neighborhood is re: noise, etc. We realize that most, if not all, properties have noise restrictions (and are totally fine with that), however we were even told by the host that this neighborhood is unique/very strict in regards to enforcement. Our host was great about informing us when there was an issue, but given our group of 10 (families/young adults/older kids), we would have chosen a spot that was maybe less restrictive. We've never run into any issues anywhere in the past with our group (over many years) and it was just hard to live up to what seemed to be the neighborhood expectations during the 4th of July holiday weekend.

Modern, quiet and close to everything

This home is remodeled beautifully. Everything modern and maximized every space. Can’t beat the air conditioning on every floor and room. We did have issues with the 3rd floor AC unit leaking but was reported promptly. Property management communication was excellent. Lori was amazing. We were able to check in early that day and maximize our time in Tahoe. The kids loved the hot tub and adults loved the deck where we hung out and barbecued. The main floor bunk bed room is kids heaven along with a game room next door that include all sorts of games, puzzles and fooseball table. Home is located on a quiet street that my kids were able to safely ride their scooters and bikes around
