This is a three-level mountain home with stairs. Please review the photos and floor plan to make sure the layout works well for your group.

Tahoe weather and road conditions can change quickly during winter. Guests should arrive prepared for mountain driving conditions. Chains, winter tires and/or 4WD may be required depending on weather and road restrictions.

Outdoor furniture and amenities are subject to seasonal weather and snow conditions.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask guests to respect our neighbors and observe local quiet hours. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
