Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a large, inviting living room with plenty of light. The living room has a large flatscreen TV, Roku and a queen sofa sleeper. The adjacent kitchen has a breakfast bar with several stools for additional seating and the inviting dining room table seats four. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and everything needed to complete a full meal. A bedroom and bathroom are located down the hall at the back of the residence. The bedroom features two twin beds (can be made into a king) and the bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Stackable private laundry is also available on the first floor. On the second floor of the residence is the second bedroom, a large private master. This room features a king bed, flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom and double doors leading out to a fabulous deck. The deck has views of the Telluride Ski Resort and is a great spot during both the summer and winter. The bathroom has a single sink with plenty of counter space, as well as a separate room with a shower/tub combination and toilet. The Cimarron Lodge is a true ski-in/ski-out property in the town of Telluride with great access to Lift #7. Complex amenities include two outdoor hot tubs, gas grills and a private ski locker. The building has an underground parking garage with one parking spot available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no A/C at this property.
