We were impressed as soon as we opened the front door. Communication with the host was super easy through text messaging. The electronic guidebook link they provided had all the information we needed and was perfect for a very fast and easy check-in process. The host was also very accommodating when I inquired about getting into the condo earlier than expected. The house was beautifully decorated and super clean. Well stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer was a huge plus.

Great condo for a family

Great condo for a family in a fantastic part of town. The kids loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Everyone walked or hopped on the free bus to get to different parts of town. Great spot to stay any time of the year!

I’ll Tell-U-What, we loved it!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was perfect for our family. The layout was spacious. The cute was amazing! The location was great!! We actually went to Telluride during the busiest time of the year, Bluegrass Festival, and this location was far enough away it wasn’t in the busy of all the festival. We loved the short 7-10 min walk to the Gondola and the short walk to anywhere in the town. Even though there is no AC, no a dealbreaker. Definitely would stay here again!!

Annual ski trip

Excellent location for ski in/ski out. Clean and plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk to town for groceries and restaurants. Only bummer was the hot tub was out of service for the duration of our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was a nice layout for our group. The kitchen lacked a few things we usually expect to find (non-stick skillet, measuring cups, rubber spatula). Overall we liked this place and would recommend.

Absolutely perfect.

We stayed here for the 4th of July. The communication of the property management team was immediate, check in was smooth and our only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool and jacuzzi and the pool was cleaned the next day. We were able to view the fireworks from the balcony. Downtown was a quick walk down the path, perfect location!

Number of bedrooms worked well for our numbers. Kitchen/Laundry was good sized and worked well. Great view! TV was great. Not enough TV seating for 7 adults - always had to have one person on the floor.

Excellent rental

We actually stayed at a different property than listed. We were given an upgrade due to a date overlap with our previously chosen property. Rental agency was wonderful in getting us another fantastic property. Great communication and a beautiful property- will certainly use this company again.

Great Telluride Summer Vacation Spot

This was the first time my family visited Telluride and the condo was a great option for us. The living space was open with plenty of room to eat around the dining table, play cards, and hang out. The bedrooms were off to the side and felt secluded and quiet. The kids loved the loft and bunk beds. The condo had a great view of the mountains and it was a good location on the west end of town, just a few steps from the river trail. We didn’t use the car once to get around town as we could walk everywhere and ride the Galloping Goose. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just to flag a few things: 1) the wood on balcony spindles was very weathered and brittle and one of them was missing. 2) while we had pool access during our stay, the temperature was too cold to swim. The property manager told us there was nothing they could do as it was maintained by the building. This was disappointing as the pool was a big draw for selecting the condo. 3) this condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
