We are ready to welcome you to our Ocean Front Three Bedroom Penthouse located at the beautiful Palms Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach!

Our three bedroom penthouse can sleep up to six guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our front desk.

Our Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo features all the comforts of home including:

Spring Break 2024 Penthouse

We came to Myrtle Beach for a family spring break vacation. We stayed in penthouse 3 and it was very clean nice and smelled great. You could tell it was newly remodeled. We didn't run into any problems at all. We didn't need any assistance while we were there and this property is only less than a mile from all the major attractions. We loved that every room had their own balcony and the penthouse was three bedroom two full bath and one half bath. The penthouse balcony was awesome. The views from the entire penthouse were amazing. We will definitely be back. This is probably one of the best places we've stayed at in Myrtle Beach yet. It had an outdoor pool outdoor jacuzzis indoor pools and jacuzzis and they were all heated they have a nice area outside where you can sit in the lounge chairs also. There wasn't anything to really complain about besides the Wi-Fi wasn't all that great. All in all we enjoyed the Palms Resort and will definitely return. Thanks for an Amazing 2024 Spring Break!!! Amazing location… not the cleanest

Based on some other reviews I read before booking I wasn’t expecting a terribly updated unit so that didn’t bother me at all - I’m at the beach and expect to spend more time outside the unit than in it. I was, however, really turned off at the lack of cleanliness when we arrived. The floors weren’t clean (found an old pair of disposable contacts?!) at all. Within half an hour waking around our socks (or bare feet) were filthy! The location, however, was great. Close to everything we needed. We were in the penthouse and both balconies had amazing views.

Not As Expected

I gave this 3 stars because the staff was very pleasant and helpful. That being said, the unit we were in Pentouse #3 was not at all as described. When we arrived the unit was not clean. They said it had been cleaned and new sheets were put on the beds. Maybe this happened, and maybe I just have higher expectations? I do know, like everyone else, they told me they are short staffed. My husband is far more lax about things than I am, snd between the kids, him and myself, none of us felt comfortable staying in the space. We did try to make it work. Bought cleaning supplies etc. However the strong smell of cigar in the unit was, as non smokers, nauseating. We were told it was coming from another unit. We obliged with, ok. Yet, there was no way, it was in our unit. It was better when the doors were open but that would then freeze up the air conditioning unit. They did say someone would come with some machine but we had to be out of the unit. We were ok with that. But, just as an FYI, we did not get out in time before the person came. There was no machine, it was a person with a spray bottle. The front desk and management were very responsive and we were able to get refunded for all but one night.
