It has a fully-equipped kitchen, fans throughout, 2 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, telephone service, and free WIFI. There is a laundry room conveniently located just downstairs from the unit entry with coin-operated washer & dryer. The master bedroom is a loft with split system A/C, a ceiling fan, cal-king bed, and full en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has split system A/C, a ceiling fan, 2 twin beds, and a flat-screen TV. There is split system A/C in the living room, along with a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and DVD. For outdoor activities, Kihei Garden Estates #H-203 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.
Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Half a block from the beach, a block from a grocery store, coffee house, and several restaurants. It's located at the north edge of Kihei but outside the most congested parts. Condo was airy, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. A good value.

What an amazing property, so spacious, comfortable, modern kitchen, close to everything we needed, we loved this little piece of heaven, when we left to move islands and into different rentals on Kauai and Oahu we missed this place so much as other rentals are so much smaller and not as convenient. This really is a home away from home and the most amazing spot to make your home for a Maui vacation.

Fantastic location

The condo is in a very convenient location, close to the beach, groceries, food, and activities. The unit is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great vacation. Even though we had several issues with the suite when we arrived, Rentals Maul was very responsive and quick to resolve the issues.
