We enjoyed being able to stay in a modest place that still had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Carlos was easy to communicate with and his aunt kept our place clean during our stay. This definitely was not an upscale home but it fit our needs perfectly.

Awesome place to stay in Nosara! Great places to dine all within walking distance. Organic market just a 5 minute golf cart ride away. We were there for a surf trip. Great surf just walking distance away. You can hear the waves from the front porch. Private pool and serene jungle views. A few flying ants visited, but hey it’s all part of it. Great villa and great value. We will definitely book again!

Everything you need for Nosara

If you're looking for a 3BR basecamp for everything Nosara this is it! Combining an amazingly helpful and communicative host with a number of nice amenities -- like a washer/dryer, swimming pool, A/C in bedrooms, and a kitchen -- this is a great spot. The porch for outdoor eating as well as relaxing in the hammock is great, too.

First, Carlos is a host extraordinaire--hugely helpful and communicative. Second, as a previous guest has commented, the property is flawless for a family--our family of five loved the open floor plan, spacious rooms, outdoor deck, sunny pool area, and the short walk to the Bodhi Tree (yoga and gym) and to Baker's Beach at Playa Guiones. A great value.

Peaceful Getaway

The house is a peaceful getaway. Not a luxury listing, but all the basics and creature comforts you could ask for. We were looking to unplug, and reconnect with nature, so this was the perfect option for us. Carlos was very responsive and his staff are great! Only complaint would be the smell of the water, it’s very hard and smells like sulphur. Owner doesn’t have a lot of control over this, but he does do a great job of making sure there is a drinkable water on site for guests.

Never a no in Nosara !!

We had been to Nosara last year for a yoga retreat and decided to do stand up paddle boarding on our last full day. That’s where we met Carlos (Everthing Nosara). He mentioned he rented a home with a pool. We loved our time in Nosara so much my partner wanted to come back with her 16 year old son. We loved the house and the property. We swam multiple times a day in the pool. The hammocks were perfect for relaxing and afternoon naps. Took about 10 minutes to walk to the water. Host was great and is a local and can help arrange anything you want to do while there. He responds very quickly to any requests or questions. Very happy customers who will be back again and again !!!

Beautiful place and great responsiveness

We had a wonderful time at the house. Carlos was amazing at getting us anything we needed promptly and helping us plan adventures. He has the hook up for everything. The beach is a 10 minute walk and the house is nice with everything you'd need. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect house for a family.

Carlos and his property are wonderful. A 5 minute walk to the beach and the house itself is gorgeous. Not one of the sprawling modern places you now see popping up all round Nosara but a genuine Tica house. Clean, serviced, nice little pool and area, air conditioning and Carlos himself is always on call and very friendly. We’re a family of 4 and couldn’t be happier with the house and the space it provided. We’ll definitely be back.
