The house is only for the use of the registered guests. No other people are allowed to stay over in the property.

Nice getaway from home

The property was excellent! Very clean & supplied a lot of necessities that most don't, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels. Gated enrty with keyless entry. Excellent communication with Ray. Each room had a new air conditioning system with solar to cover in an event of power outages. Extremely hot water!!! Wifi inside & out, t.v's in both living rooms I loved the binder with details of all details needed for your stay. Close proximity to stores/beaches. Quite community. Ray was an excellent Host & response was quick with any questions. Definitely recommend booking if looking.

It was a much needed ladies trip!! .

We like to cook and they only had 3 pots and 1 frying pan. They needed some Bowles. The house needed some updating! Only 1 TV in the whole house. No radio. There was only one exit other exit was locked with a master lock ( which we thought was a safety issue). There was a whole refrigerator in the living room that was broken ( Which I didn’t understand why they left it there because they have a two car garage)..... that was replaced with another one that barley worked, we had to put everything in the freezer so it can get cold. Not enough bath towels and yes, there was a washer and dryer but you don’t want to be doing the laundry daily, so we bought towels. Not enough sheets either. I’ve stayed in much better places for the same or better price.

We enjoyed our stay and Ray was very easy to communicate with and helpful.

We spent a week in n Ray’s house. It was clean and very comfortable. It is a neighborhood setting away from town which we enjoyed after a day of being out and about.
