La maison de ville de North Bethany

Maison de 3 niveaux dans le bloc de l'océan dans Watergate Atlantique, du Nord Bethany. Appartement indépendant de l'efficacité (inclus) sur le premier niveau. Cuisine avec comptoir lave-vaisselle, de granit entiÚrement équipée. Facile à pied de belle grande plage. Sont celles de 2 courts de tennis aire de jeux pour enfants et d'une partie de la communauté Watergate Atlantique. Téléviseurs à écran plat Sony. Les chambres comprennent un maßtre au dernier étage avec un lit king-size, deux chambres plus petites sur le niveau intermédiaire, chacune avec une paire de lits jumeaux, d'une chambre à l'étage principal (deuxiÚme étage) avec un grand lit, et une chambre (efficacité) du niveau avec un lit queen-size Murphy et queen-size canapé entrée. Il y a trois salles de bains, sur le niveau d'entrée, niveau principal (deuxiÚme étage), et sur le niveau moyen, plus une douche extérieure.

Nice unit in a great location

This was a very comfortable stay in our favorite beach neighborhood. The unit looks out on the dunes and a historic tower. Communication was great.

We Loved This Beach House!!!

We have been staying in this Community for almost 40 years (Tower Shores) and have about 40 family members and rent 4 places in Tower Shores - this place was the best of all the condos my family rented this year and was the best price as well! It was really clean and beds are comfortable - 3 full baths are awesome! Even the bottom efficiency that many others have a “musty” smell was clean and in great shape with its own quiet air unit! Definitely one of our favorites in Tower Shores and an excellent and fair priced option for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Bethany Beach Vacation 2024

Bill was an awesome host! He met us at the property while doing some painting and we had a wonderful time getting to know him. He was very friendly and explained everything at the property in detail. The townhouse was exactly as we anticipated, clean, nicely decorated, etc. It was great to be able to use the chairs and umbrellas at the property aw well. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

We love tower shores. The home had all the sleeping arrangements we needed and we were able to easily enjoy the beach due to the great location! Bill was great to work with for this rental.

Great property, excellent location

This property was exactly as described. A 2 minute walk to the private beach and just 1 mile away from the Indian River Inlet beaches. The house was clean and well equipped. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay while on vacation I highly recommend this unit.

Great Host with Great TLC

This host goes the extra mile providing soap and TP when you arrive! (The little things are so helpful, right?) He also turned the ground floor area into a studio apartment including a Murphy bed that lifts up against the wall and provides a GREAT rainy day play area for the kids. Perfect for a multi-generation family!

Dirty

Location is great. Cleanliness/condition of the property was not great. There was a musty smell in the place that is noticeable right when you walk in. Carpets are dirty, dust strings hanging from walls and ceilings, moldy grout in bathrooms and stains/ tearing drywall tap on ceilings. Additionally, the two rooms with two twin beds should really only have one bed in them. There is no room to walk or turn around. When we dropped a pacifier under one, it was hard to get to. Under the beds there were chips, wrappers and other filth. Charcoal grill hadn’t been cleaned of ash in ages. We had to totally empty the thing before we could use it. Place was locked when we arrived. No key was under the mat and we had to wait for owner to come by. Owner did not answer phone when we called several times at check in. There was supposed to be a key under the mat per check in instructions but none was there. Extremely inconvenient with a 15 month old ready to stretch his legs. Positives: kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked very well. Lots of balconies.

You can’t do much better when it comes to location as this house is only steps to the beach. The owner is extremely responsive and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
