Stoneridge Place is just 2 Miles north of downtown Wasilla. 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom and an oversized garage all with in floor heat. You’ll love the ambiance we've worked to create and the best is yet to come! Rustic shabby chic decor. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. We also have 3 other cottages adjacent on other listings for group stays. 2 Bedroom and 1 Bedroom Cottages to choose from!

We hope you like our vision for these beautiful cottages! Lots of light, private and cozy. Open concept entertainment, full kitchen, spacious suite with King sized bed, tiled bathroom and an oversized one car garage!

Other Features include: Cable TV, Wifi, 55" flatscreen (Smart TV), Sofa Sleeper with memory foam mattress, dining for 4 and more!

Beautiful Wasilla Cottage

This property was the perfect place to return to after exploring Wasilla and the surrounding areas. Everything was clean and comfortable so it really does feel like a home away from home!

We had a wonderful time from check in to check out. Everything was exactly according to the listing. My only feedback if any would be to add blackout curtains in the main sleeping room in the summer, because it gets pretty bright in there. Otherwise we had a lovely time.

Excellent place to stay in Wasilla.

Here visiting outmr daughter and son-in-law. This place was about 5 mins away and about 5 mins from downtown Wasilla. Place was super clean and well stocked. Really nice having a heated garage when it's -5 outside. Overall a great stay!

We just stayed ten days in this lovely cottage. It had everything we needed including soaps, shampoo, conditioner and all paper products. The bed was very comfortable as well. It was nice having a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack so many clothes. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and gave us our privacy. We hope to return next year and look forward to staying in one of these lovely eight cottages. You should do the same!!

Beautiful Quiet Community

This home was perfect for what we needed. We stayed 3 nights and there was plenty of kitchen appliances, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, blankets etc. Quiet Community and only 10 min from everything in town. We recommend 100% and would stay here again, no question.

What a Beautiful Home!

Loved our stay here! House is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Nice having a washer and dryer. Only a tiny complaint (hate to complain at all), but the long window in the bedroom up high does not have a blind. It did get dark at 930pm or so. We went to bed early and it was hard to fall asleep with so much light coming in. Would book again for sure if in this area!

Beautiful brand new home in a convenient location. Easy to get in and out of and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. Well stocked kitchen so you can make high quality meals if you want. Garage is heated so nice on a cold day. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved everything about this place!! Quiet, clean, above and beyond with the little extras. The guest book was a great touch. Loved reading it. The bed and pillows were perfect!!! Couldn't figure out all the light switches and ceiling fan. But it was ok with out it. Will definitely recommend and rent again!!!

OUTSTANDING

This is a great location. The home is gorgeous and exactly what we needed for our stay. The home is located close enough to any needs, yet feels remote enough that you don't feel like you are in a city. The home had more amenities than we needed as we were exploring as much of Alaska as we could during our stay. Literally this was a very comfortable place to sleep for us, and we were able to very well even with the 20 hours of daylight. This property is very well maintained and full of anything you could need for your Alaska trip. We will visit again.
