NICE Promenade des Anglais: frente a la playa, lujoso apartamento de 3 habitaciones de 84m², reformado y con aire acondicionado, en la planta superior (ascensor) con magníficas vistas al mar y una terraza de 40m² en la azotea. Consiste en una sala de estar con cocina americana que se abre a una gran terraza con vista al mar, 2 dormitorios que se abren a una segunda terraza, un baño con ducha, un baño con WC, una oficina, un WC independiente y una terraza solárium de 40 m². haciendo que este apartamento sea único. Garaje. A poca distancia de todos los servicios (tranvía, panadería, restaurante, supermercado, bar-tabac ...).

It was a perfect stay! Beautiful and clean condo in a quiet part of nice. It was very easy to take the bus and tram to Old Nice, where we spent a lot of time, and was next door to a grocery. Overall, it was just wonderful!

Great Spot on the Riviera

The location was great, the Tram stopped directly behind our building. The bakery and supermarket and coffee shop all within a block. There is a beach club across the street which we used. The best part is the view of the Mediterranean sea!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Nice! The location was perfect—right on the Promenade des Anglais with beautiful views and just steps from the beach, near Les Canailles beach club. The apartment is also very convenient to public transport, with both the Fabron tram stop and nearby bus stations making it easy to get around. We loved how easy it was to reach the city center and Old Nice, while also being just a short, straightforward commute from the airport.The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect home base for our trip. Between the unbeatable location and the ease of access to everything Nice has to offer, this was an exceptional stay. We would not hesitate to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice!

Excellent Location

The property location is outstanding. The apartment is very much like a hotel, my only complaint is that it does not feel like a place to relax in. This could easily be fixed with a few additions such as a coffee table, cushions for the seats of metal chairs on the balcony, some throw in pillows etc

Gracious host, well-maintained condo, quality linens, comfortable beds, fabulous location across from beach (though a bit far from central restaurants/shops). Very convenient to have tram out back of building and #12 bus out front. Underground parking space beneath building. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A perfect stay in Nice!

The apartment worked so well for our family (two adults and 17-yr old)! The apartment is spacious and the features are excellent. The location is convenient to the airport, but we didn’t notice any airport noise. It was very easy to get Ubers, close to grocery store and a boulangerie. We used the Lime bike rentals to ride along the Promenade. The hosts were in good communication for our arrival and departure. We will stay here again!

Views, location, amenities. Unmatched experience.

Absolutely LOVED staying here. Any minor concerns you may have while staying here will quickly be quelled by the amazing views, a tram stop and grocery store behind the building, a private garage space, public bike rentals and beach rentals across the street, free public beach access, a bus stop in front, direct access to the promenade, a SECOND balcony with private lounge chairs, gorgeous and clean place, awesome bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, queen size beds, and having a washer/dryer available. On top of that the owner is very kind and quick to respond, and most sccomodating for anything you have questions about. This was one of the most memorable trips ever and i thank you for kindly sharing your beautiful place with us!

Nice is Nice!

The condo was just as described. Very clean, kitchen was fully stocked, a beautiful view overlooking the promenade and water. A couple notes to future residents: there is a busy road next to promenade and a busy road with a tram on the opposite side of the condo. So just know that it’s not a peaceful quiet stay. We closed our shutters at night when we slept to help with the noise. On the positive side, makes for easy public transportation. And very easy to get an Uber! And the view of the water was awesome! And running and walking along the promenade every morning was great!

Amazing apartment with spectacular views

The apartment is as beautiful or even better than it appears in the pictures. Kitchen has everything you’ll need; beds are comfortable and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The location is ideal; the market in the corner is very well stocked, if you want to go further there are several markets close by, but we found the one in the corner to be sufficient. There are restaurants and bakeries within a block and the light train station is just outside the building and will take you to both the airport and downtown Nice which a just a few minutes away. If you walk out the front of the building, you are right on the Promenade des Anglais. The host is very friendly and helpful. Would definitively stay at this place again.

Wunderbare Wohnung an toller Lage (Busstation vor dem Haus, Tramstation hinter dem Haus, Einkaufen zu Fuss problemlos möglich etc.). Sehr netter Kontakt, sehr hilfsbereit. Sogar Garagenplatz für Auto vorhanden (erfordert etwas Geschick mit etwas grösseren Autos, aber es geht). Alles Vorhanden was es braucht und der Ausblick ist der Hammer. Einzig das Wlan ist etwas schwach und nur im Wohnzimmer nutzbar. Das ist aber ein Detail. Volle Empfehlung.

Mediterranean waterfront in NIce

We stayed 7 nights in this waterfront view apartment. Very clean, recently updated, well supplied with everything we needed in the kitchen. Two minute walk to boulangerie and grocery store. Communication over WhatsApp was excellent. While the location was a little far from Old Town, the bus stop directly in front of the building and the tram stop behind the building made it easy to get around. Highly recommended.

Terrific stay

We spent 2 weeks at this gorgeous property. All photos are accurate, and the apartment is well stocked with all amenities. All communication with the owner was good, with any questions answered. The location is great with the tram directly behind the property, along with many supermarkets, restaurants and patisseries. Highly recommend this property. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beach life in Nice!

The location of the apartment was wonderful, overlooking the beach and Promenade des Anglais at the front, and steps from the tram station out the back door. The decor was very lovely. The apartment was spotless. The appliances and the air conditioning were modern and worked well. Would gladly stay here again!

The property has a great view of Nice’s oceanfront….the promenade stretches out before you as one stands on the apartment’s massive top deck overlooking the Bay of Angel’s. While the property is a little off the Hotel row, a quick trip on the tram is handy and runs constantly. Our host was attentive and answered all of our questions in a minimum amount of time. Highly recommend!!

Perfektes Wohnen / Vie parfaite / Perfect living

First in German, then in French Wir haben im September/Oktober 2021 für 9 Nächte das Appartement gemietet und waren total begeistert von dem wirklich sehr schönen Appartement. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel, im Gegenteil - real ist das Appartement noch besser. Alles sehr sauber, alles wirkt wie neu, der Wohnkomfort ist sehr hoch. Die Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer ist ein Traum. Die Sonnenlage ist perfekt, 2 Balkone und die schöne große Dachterrasse lassen keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Infrastruktur ist ideal. Tram oder Bus sind direkt vor bzw. hinter dem Haus. Für VeloBleu (Nizzas Leihfahrräder) muss man nur einmal über die Straße gehen. Ein mittelgroßer Supermarkt, ein Mini-Markt und ein Bäcker sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir sind eigentlich eher kritische Geister, aber zu diesem Appartement gibt es keine negative Anmerkung von uns. Alles war super und wir werden auf jeden Fall das Appartement ein weiteres Mal mieten. ------------------------------------ Nous avons loué l'appartement pour 9 nuits en septembre / octobre 2021 et avons été absolument ravis du très bel appartement. Les photos ne promettent pas grand-chose, au contraire - dans la vraie vie, l'appartement est encore mieux. Tout est très propre, tout a l'air neuf, le confort de vie est très élevé. La vue sur la Méditerranée est un rêve. L'emplacement ensoleillé est parfait, 2 balcons et la belle grande terrasse sur le toit ne laissent rien à désirer. L'infrastructure est également idéale. Tram ou bus sont directement devant ou derrière la maison. Pour VeloBleu (vélos de location de Nice) vous n'avez qu'à traverser la rue une seule fois. Un supermarché de taille moyenne, une supérette et une boulangerie sont à 2 minutes à pied. Nous sommes en fait plutôt des esprits critiques, mais il n'y a pas de commentaires négatifs de notre part sur cet appartement. Tout était super et nous relouerons certainement l'appartement. ----------------

Excellent séjour

Un superbe appartement où tout est conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Accueil très chaleureux et propriétaire très attentif. La décoration est magnifique et les matériaux utilisés sont de bonne facture. Tout est bien pensé. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces et le parking sont des éléments très appréciés. On n’a plus qu’à poser ses valises et profiter de la vue splendide sur le front de mer et la promenade des anglais. Une expérience à réitérer volontiers!

Un séjour de rêve dans un appartement extraordinaire. Tout pour oublier le confinement

Idéal pour oublier le confinement cet appartement d'exception rénové avec modernité est unique avec ses 2 terrasses et son solarium de 40m2 au dernier étage d’un bel immeuble face à la baie des anges. Avec accès Promenade des anglais et arrêt de tramway sur la sortie nord. C'est un bijou idéalement situé pour qui veut séjourner à Nice de la plus belle des façons. Extrêmement bien équipé . Notre séjour fut exceptionnel. De plus les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Un parking souterrain fermé nous a permis de profiter sereinement de nôtre séjour. Tout a été parfait. Nous reviendrons dès que nous en aurons l'occasion Pierre-Olivier

Sehr schönes Appartement in der Top-Lage!

Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist nagelneu und blitzsauber. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut durchdacht und es fehlt nichts. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Nur mit der Garage hat es leider nicht geklappt - unser Wagen war zu hoch (1,80 m). Der Vermieter Alain war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Von der Terrasse genießt man die spektakuläre Aussicht auf das Meer. Direkt gegenüber dem Appartement befinden sich ein Supermarkt und ein privater Strand mit Liegen und Schirmen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Nice vacation

My daughter and I travel extensively, and have stayed in many vacation rentals, but this is the nicest place we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, very spacious, and our gracious host, Alain, was both welcoming and helpful. The kitchen had every amenity we needed, with plenty of room. All appliances were aesthetically pleasing as well as very modern (although we did have some trouble figuring out how to use all the electronics!). Bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious, but we especially loved the two patios. We sunbathed and were even able to watch the Bastille fireworks from our top outdoor patio. The local neighborhood is very safe with a city train station right outside (we did not use) and a small but useful grocery market across the street (went to frequently). We ran and walked on the beautiful promenade daily, also right across the street. We did swim in the Mediterranean at our locality, although I would recommend going to Antibe or Cannes for sand beaches. We can't wait to come back, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to our lovely hosts!
