A lovely home-away-from-home — clean, comfortable, well appointed. Perfect for three couples. Ideally located in the heart of Old Town — although a bit noisy late in the evening, the charm and convenience more than make up for it. Karine was a gracious and responsive host. We had a nice stay at this apartment and was very conveniently located in Old Town Nice. The pictures are an accurate description of the place and the hosts are very nice and easy to deal with. The only thing to be aware of is the apartment is next to a few bars that are are loud past midnight. They provide earplugs for this and we were able to sleep but would just caution for those with young kids.

The location was perfect for getting to the promenade quick, access to restaurants, etc. The only downfall which other reviews mentioned was the noise. I can be quite loud at night and sometimes until 2am or later. The owner does provide earplugs.

Perfect Apartment in Nice.

Our family of 5 enjoyed everything about this apartment. The location is fantastic. Everything is updated and CLEAN. Parking is easy to find so that is a huge plus since we rented a car for the week. The manager is quick to respond and extremely helpful. If we get back to Nice we will hope to stay here AGAIN.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family while visiting Nice. Excellent communication from host. It is noisy at night which was fully disclosed ahead of time. Host provided ear plugs which blocked out most of the noise. I would definitely stay again.

Just a perfect place to stay. Fabulously located in the heart of the old city in Nice. Truly just a few steps to the beach and a few steps to the tram. Spacious, with great light, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. We had a glorious 10 days stay and the apartment truly felt like home. Overall, this is an excellent property. The location is tough to beat, both the owner and property manager were exceptionally proactive and responsive, and the apartment itself is both comfortable and well-equipped. Our only complaint is the noise. Every night, revelers were whooping it up until 3-4-5am, and even the double pane windows and ear plugs did little to block it out. But that's the only issue. If you know about that potential inconvenience going in, you're up for a wonderful stay!

Why they chose this property

We are very privileged to be living abroad, immersing ourselves in new cultures, but we will eventually settle in Nice one day. We have literally fallen in love with the Old Town, the beauty of the place and the relax vibe of this historical district. We love being able to do everything and go everywhere by foot, forgetting the car and slowing down the pace of life for a little while. Isn't it what holidays are about?

My personal routine starts with a jog on the promenade des anglais early in the morning followed by a café at a terrace on the cours Saleya. I then bring back fresh bread for the rest of the family together with flowers and fruits from the market. I couldn't think of a better way to start my day.
My husband's favourite tends to be the other end of the day, a glass of wine in hand as the sun sets on Nice. La dolce vita !
