Beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath villa is in a well-designed, cozy, gated private community with 24/7 surveillance. Security guard from 10pm to 6am. Barefoot is one of the prime locations on the beach. Next to the pool and facing the beach, that is a few steps away from your front door, with island gardens and views beyond.



This condo feels like it is on its own separate island directly on the beach with a pristine view of the crystal blue waters that offers a gentle glide as you enter the water, for ease, relaxation and nature at its finest.

Living area is open and comfortable with lounging chairs that invite you to relax/ look out at the ocean and enjoy your evenings, with a nice cocktail or drink.

Renata will be your host for any questions you may have once you arrive into SXM, staying at one of the best condo's on the beach.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When sliders are open turn off A/C's. Put down ALL shutters when sleeping. Use cloth rack to hang wet towels or bathing attire on,NOT on beach chairs.
STRICT: NO SMOKING! Smoke smell in condo is a charge of $400usd. No glasses or beer bottles at pool area ,only use plastic cups.
Sufficient toiletries, bath gel, paper towels provided on your arrival. Guest are responsible for replacement for themselves.

Excellent vacation spot

Everything was perfect. The condo was very nice - clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is unbelievable. It is right on the beach, has amazing view and is close to a lot of good restaurants. The beach is one of the best on the island - clean, quiet and gorgeous. The hosts are very attentive and responsive. We couldn’t ask for anything better and would love to come back!

Great family time at a great condo

We had such a wonderful stay. The hosts are beyond wonderful! They are attentive and helpful with so much attention for detail. Anytime my husband or I thought of something it was already there in the condo. A perfect spot for unplugging and enjoying quality family time. I cannot wait to be back again!

Wonderful Place in Simpson Bay

Sylvia’s property is absolutely wonderful! Beautiful Simpson Bay views are enhanced by a well stocked kitchen, fabulous furnishings and a nice complex. We especially enjoyed the easy pool and ocean access. The complex is nice and quiet. We definitely want to stay there again.

Best vacation home

We returned to this amazing home for a vacation after several years away from the island. The improvements in the home were fantastic and the hosts are amazing. This is the best vacation location ever! We will return next year!

Simpson Bay Condo

This is our second stay at this property and we plan to return again next year. The property is nicely decorated & maintained; with comfortable beds and furniture; with all the items in the kitchen you’ll need for your stay. Located in the center of Simpson Bay, minutes from the airport, grocery stores and dining options. Sylvia was our host and is extremely responsive to your requests and needs. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing view

Once you walk onto the property, the view of Simpson Bay tells you you made the right pick! Sylvia's instructions made it very easy to get your self settled and start your relaxing vacation. The condo is perfect with all you could need for a beach vacation. We spent alot of time on the beautiful beach a few steps out the door and getting to know the island. Was a great vacation!

Beautiful Stay

Really enjoyed our time. Beautiful, quiet & relaxing. The location is right on the beach. The manager Kapi went out of her way to meet us there despite our delay at the airport. She also sent us several recommendations on the island. The owner Sylvia was also very responsive to our needs.

The condo could not have been more perfect! We had an issue unrelated to the unit but Sylvia was wonderful to help us work through it. Beaches were great and the food was good everywhere we went. Two favorites were the Lazy Lizzard in Phillipsburg and Dinghy Dock right by the condo.

One word describes the location, property and level of attentiveness from Sylvia. Amazing! It was absolutely the best vacation ever. Breathtaking Sunsets!

What a beautiful spot!! The condo was everything that Sylvia promised and more. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, pleasantly stocked with spices, coffee and even a bottle of wine. Sylvia provided so much information regarding restaurants, attractions and she was incredibly prompt with her messages to any questions. I loved the beach access, patio with beach views, private sitting area and pool just around the corner. This place was just wonderful :)

Paradise

Our second stay at this beautiful property. It was as amazing as our first. Beautiful condo facing the beach with a little bit of private beach right in front. (We’ve nicknamed it Barefoot Beach!). Owners and property managers are so easy to work with and very accommodating. Right in the heart of restaurants and nightlife and a nice quiet beach. Cannot recommend this property highly enough.
