THE VIEW
Welcome to beautiful E210 - Starfish Studio a stunning luxury condo located at the front of the highrise building overlooking the ocean and pier in North Coast Village. From its lofted front-row view, Starfish Studio has amazing ocean views throughout the condo and patio. You can fall asleep and wake to the sounds of the soothing ocean surf every day and night. An extra window has been added next to the king bed, to allow for extra light and ocean views in the condo.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops and custom cabinetry. The cabinets also come fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. Enjoy meals at the two bar spots at the kitchen counter or dine outside at the bar on the patio.

LIVING AREAS
The living room features a comfortable sofa, leather chairs, and large flat-screen cable TV that you can use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a custom stone fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom features a custom Travertine walk-in shower with a corner bench.

SLEEPING
E210 sleeps a maximum of 2 persons. Enjoy a comfortable king-size bed where you can be lulled to sleep by the waves.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-E210 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
E210 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!

Very comfortable studio, great view, close to the beach, well stocked with everything you’ll need. Location above the courtyard and putting green meant there was some noise (which may bother you if you’re looking for solitude, but was fine with me).

This is a studio condo with plenty of room for my husband and myself. Full kitchen, bathroom and living room/bedroom. Loved the balcony. Had my coffee out there every morning. This was our second time to come to the same condo unit. It is small, but doesn't feel that way. The sound of the waves is so refreshing. You can also see the ocean from the balcony. The amenities in the room were perfect. we especially enjoyed walking Down the sidewalk of the marina and seeing the sea lions setting on the decks. It was so relaxing and peaceful. I'm sure we will be there again for a third visit.

This was the perfect anniversary get away! The condo was perfect, amazing ocean view and sleeping to the sounds of the waves in the most comfy bed! Owners provided everything we needed from kitchen necessities to beach gear. We would definitely come back! Sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the surfers and laying in bed at night listening to the ocean were our favorite things! The marina is just a short walk and has restaurants, shopping and Sea Lions!! The pool was beautiful and so is the entire property. North Coast is perfect for a couples getaway or family vacation.

We stayed here for a week. It was our third stay at the resort but first in this unit. It was very clean, perfect location and well equipped except we could not find any beach chairs. We certainly would have enjoyed some. The bed was comfortable, but quite high! May have to bring a little stool next time. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us. We hope to return!

My only comment on the property is the condition of the water/ponds around the office are stagnant. That said loved out stay, coming back next year!

Perfect vacation

First off, the view was incredible, plus the sound of the ocean very close by. The unit is right by the stairs to the ground level and the garage. Beautiful interior, very comfortable bed. Unit included boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella and 2 putters to use on the putting green. Loved having an ice maker in the frig and water at the frig door. This is a studio but very roomy. The only think I would have liked is a table to sit at rather than having to eat at the counter, but not really a complaint. Large closet. We would definitely stay in this unit again. It was also nice to have a selection of games and books to use.

A Little Piece of Paradise

The views from the unit and balcony are wonderful. It was so nice hearing the waves crashing on the shore. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The only negative, was that the cookware was a little limited. I ate all of my meals at the condo, so would have liked a few sauce pans to make some of my items. Overall, I really enjoyed myself and would stay here again. It was so nice to be so close to the ocean.

Perfect Studio w/Perfect location

I booked this for a graduation trip for me and my teen. The pull out couch was comfortable to him and it was just enough space for us. The location was perfect and the ocean views great. It is the first place I've ever stayed where I would look for the exact location if I were to come back solo or with a partner.
