Waterfront cottage 2 hab

Lugar perfecto para la pesca, kayak, hogueras, ciclismo ... a una cuadra de tenis, baloncesto y playa pública. Esta cabaña está en el agua, con vista a la hermosa bahía de Sturgeon, la cabaña original de 2 (que pronto será 3) tiene un escondite adicional y ya puede acomodar hasta 6 personas. Los huéspedes disfrutan de acceso exclusivo a la cocina completa, baño y terraza gigante. El propietario generalmente se queda en el sitio en el apartamento de la suegra en la planta baja durante las estancias de los huéspedes. Los instrumentos musicales, las grabaciones, las películas, los juegos y los libros pueden entretener si el clima lo mantiene adentro.

Property is definitely not like the pictures. Whole house smelled like weed as soon as we walked in. Floors are all uneven, kids kept tripping. Outside is ruff, junk all over, patio furniture is rusty and dirty.

Very family friendly. The old games and musical instruments were a hit with my grandkids. The owner had the pullout beds made up and ready which was a plus. The only negative was 7 people in one bathroom but we were fully aware of that going in.

Our stay

We just want to say thank you so much!! We had an amazing time!!! there were plenty ofthings to do there, The property was clean and cozy felt like home away from home, and even brought happy child hood memories back! We definitely recommend!!! And we cannot wait to come back and make more memories!! Thank you so much our family had a great time!

This cottage was an adequate size for the three people in my group. However, sharing one bathroom was a little difficult but we managed it by planning our schedule the night before our event. The cottage was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I felt relatively safe staying there. The owner was nice and friendly.

Good place.

It was a pretty good stay. Llenty of space, beautiful view. Only thing was a lot of cobwebs on the deck furniture.

Great stay!

Great location, beautiful view, comfortable beds. Responsive Host. Couldn’t ask for anymore! Our family of seven had a wonderful stay. The accommodations had everything we needed, including kayaks and a canoe to explore the bay. Mike was a great host. We would definitely recommend to others!

Terrible experience!

We ended up leaving and finding a hotel instead because the property was filthy to the point we did not feel comfortable staying there. And we paid over $500 for one night! I think the homeowner is a hoarder. There was trash and junk, including an old mattress, wheelchair and broken trampoline outside and inside the property was unclean and run down. We also had difficulty reaching the owner to get the code to get into the property so in the end it took up our entire day and ruined our weekend trip! I am very disappointed with my Vrbo experience and wonder if you vet the properties on your site.

Saturday Night on the Bay

A group of 60+ stayed for one night and loved sitting on the huge deck enjoying the music cascading across from the bay. The cottage is very comfortable for a group and we loved the music room. Michael was a great host! We all would stay there again.

Born and raised in Sturgeon Bay. I am a working singer songwriter. I have written many songs on steelbridgeradio.com ( a free online radio station that boasts over 2000 songs written and recorded here in Sturgeon Bay). I am also an on call wedding bartender. I imagine you get a pretty good idea of who we are when you stay here. We're living' the dream! I bought half of this cottage from my sister in 2008 after my father passed, and again from my ex-wife in 2011. We are hoping this new venture takes some of the burden off our monthly mortgage, utility, and maintenance expenses as well as giving us an opportunity to upgrade appliances and furnishings (and the roof). Thank you again for choosing to stay with us!!

My father was a teacher (like me) and bought this little fishing cottage in 1986 to dock his fishing boat and rented it to sailors, painters, ship builders, and working musicians for many years until he moved here in his retirement. He was also a charter fishing captain and restaurant owner. The cottage sometimes serves as a recording studio. Many local. regional, and national musicians have stayed here. The property has lots of local lore.

Fishermen love it for the location and charts, musicians love it for the instruments, kids love it for the games and close access to the park, families love it for the fire pit and water view, couples love the short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the private sundeck.
