Stayed on the 19th floor, with an amazing view of luau, firework show and lagoon area from balcony. Beach access was steps away from lagoon. Great room for families. Great place for families. The only thing that could improve was room services, for 7 days we had room cleaned 1 time. Getting extra towels and garbage bags was easy to get from service in the morning. Overall great location to most downtown activities and beaches. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing Location and Service

This property was absolutely stunning! It was immaculately clean and the check-in process was an absolute breeze! Don't go to the main check in, go straight to Lagoon Tower and they will get you in and out in less than two minutes. Everyone on property was friendly and helpful and Michelle Gill (from the booking agency) was an angel to work with. Can't say enough great things! The laundry area is very close to the room which was nice and the two balconies were great, we had an incredible view of the Friday night fireworks. You should be aware that this property has one king bed, two twins and a pull out couch, which fit our needs perfectly. 10/10 for everything!
