CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

All the rooms were very clean. Supplies to get started was enough. Nice size bedrooms. Everyone was comfortable there! Beach view excellent as well as the pool. Close by a grocery store which helped a lot.

Picture perfect

The condo was just as it was in the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and being with family during the holidays. We like the fact that master bedroom was at one end of the condo and the other 2 bedrooms at the other end. We hope to be able to rent this property again in the future.

Unbelievable view

Great family property with gorgeous view. Very clean. Some furniture and kitchen cupboards are worn but we had a 4 year old grandson with us so it was fine. Older building, recently updated paint and windows. 24 hr security but access to elevators and floors was open. Loved the layout. Master and 2 guest rooms are separated. Each has a bath. Fully furnished kitchen ( may be more than my own kitchen). Property management company was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was beautiful, exactly as pictured. The view to the beach was beautiful! The condo had easy access to the beach. The beach area was really nice and clean. The condo was clean and stocked with clean towels. Overall, the experience was amazing and my family loved it. One thing I will say is there is no gym. The gym it mentions only includes a treadmill, a bike, and another machine. So that was kind of disappointing. But other than that everything else was perfect.

For some unknown reason, less than 24 hours before our scheduled check-in we were moved to a Gulf Shores property several miles away. It did not include many of the amenities we were promised at the Palms. We intend to request a partial refund.

This property was fantastic for our group. It was very clean, mattresses were comfortable, linens were soft, kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates, etc. The coffee cups were quite small and they needed a few more spoons and forks. The floors are LVP throughout and nice. The master bath has been renovated and is pretty.The photos match the unit very well except they show a picnic table on the deck for outdoor eating. There is no picnic table or any other table for eating outside.There is no pantry for grocery storage and cabinets are full with dishes. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are showing some age but aren’t bad.The management group, Alabama Getaways, was top notch!! Very responsive and super quick with every communication.The property doors are narrow so if you have a beach wagon with balloon wheels, there is no way to get it through doors to the beach.The parking is strictly limited to 2 vehicles, even on a 3 BR unit in off-season - it was mid September. We asked about paying for a 3rd spot and were sharply told they would be “busier than Labor Day and full to the brim” so we went to an off-site storage facility to park our 3rd vehicle. But the parking lot was never more than 1/2 to 2/3 full the entire time we were there.We were very happy with the unit - it was comfortable. We were very happy with the management company - they were amazing!! We would return again if we only have 2 vehicles.

Great location and nice condo

Renting and check in was easy. I know this was listed as new to the rental program. I feel they did a few upgrades to quickly get it rented , but it needs a little attention. New floors and nice furniture. The bones need updating. Cabinets were yellow and chipped. Cabinet by fridge was broken and peeling. Fridge handle cracked and broken. Fridge shelves cracked on door or missing. No vacuum and flimsy broom made it difficult to keep floors clean. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and all cooking items needed. Beds were comfortable. Couch cushions seemed dirty along the front..1 closet door was broken and maintenance took it away on 1st day but never brought back. Overall an 7.5 out of 10. A little attention to detail and this unit could be great.

Great Girls Weekend

We did our annual girls weekend in this pretty unit. The unit is very clean and well stocked, the living room furniture is really comfy and inviting - we loved the casual swivel chairs, and the beds were terrific. The big screen tv was great for catching our college football games! We spent a ton of time on the wonderful patio relaxing in the great furniture out there and ate all of our meals at the picnic table - just perfect to sit there and look out at the beach! The Palms is so nice because the buildings are a bit smaller than some of the others in the area, so there is virtually no wait at the elevators at any time of the day. We would highly recommend renting this unit - we hope to return again!

Family vacation fun

This property was very nice and clean. The only reason I only gave 4 overall stars was because they only allow two parking passes. My parents had to leave their car several miles away and pay for additional parking. It’s not on the main listing for this property so we had no way of knowing before booking. But other than that everything was great!
