Completely renovated with taste in 2017, keeping its charm and providing all the comfort to relax and enjoy your stay in Perpignan. The apartment, very bright and without vis-à-vis, offers an area of 115m2. It is on the first floor of a 1920 villa, it is composed of 3 large bedrooms. From its two west-facing balconies, you have a clear view over the rooftops of the city as far as the Pyrenees. It is the ideal place, comfortable and practical by its geographical location ... for holidays or a business trip.
In this villa, there are also two other apartments that allow you to come with family or group.

l'appartement était très bien avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, la climatisation était un vrai plus. Nous avons été surpris de devoir donner une caution de 500 à l'arrivée, ce n'était pas précisé sur l'annonceLes échanges ont été difficile l'arrivée car la propriétaire n'était pas présente. Le quartier Saint Matthieu n'est pas sécurisant ( sale et proche des dealers la nuit) mais nous étions à 500 mètres du centre de Perpignan très agréableNous avons profité de magnifiques plages ( Canet, Collioure, Saint Cyphrien)

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar! Leider sind mir die erwähnten Einschränkungen unverstädlich, zumal sich Ihre Familie durch ständige Besuche von befreundeten Familien und freudige Feierstimmung mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse bis in die frühen Morgenstunden hervorgehoben hat. In der Beschreibung des Appartements wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass Feiern und Events nicht gestattet sind und diese Regeln im Interesse aller Bewohner zu einzuhalten sind. Mehrfach mussten wir uns bei den anderen Mitbewohnern diesbezüglich in Ihrem Namen entschuldigen.... Es ist auch eher erstaunlich, daß Sie die einzigen Gäste sind, die sich über Mücken beschweren? Ansonsten fanden wir Sie und Ihre Familie sehr höflich und ordentlich. Mit besten Grüssen.

Nous avons été superbement bien accueillis par Dorothee, elle a été très arrangeante sur le check-in/check-out et très réactive. Le logement est parfait aussi, propre, spacieux et bien placé. On recommande :)
