Condo, 2 Bedrooms/ 1 bath direct gulf front

First-floor gulf front condo, down the stairs and you are on the white sand at the Gulf's edge. My pricing includes everything with no other fees or charges.

We are close to all a beach town has to offer, and provide brochures to attractions as well as menus for restaurants. You can know what to do, where to eat and how much it will cost, before you ever leave the condo. Pets are Not Allowed.

The unit is equipped with everything you need for a memorable vacation, except for clothes (and you don't need many at the beach with a W/D right in the unit) and food (there are plenty of fantastic restaurants for that). Dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker. VCR with family videos, cable TV, free wi-fi, linens, and every cooking and baking utensil and pan you could want. We have 3 charcoal grills provided as well as chairs to relax in while your dinner is grilling. There is a pool with jetted hot tub and shallow childrens play area, as well as miles of the softest white sand you will ever feel between your toes. There are many photo opportunities with our palm trees or sea oats as background.

There is something for all ages and activity levels, be as busy or as laid back as you desire.

Our weekly pricing is all inclusive [taxes, cleaning ect.] The only other expense is a $12 parking permit purchased from our on site manager on arrival. Also with 24 hr security/management, all questions or concerns are promptly taken care of.

This is the first time I had ever rented from VRBO and I can honestly say it was a total success!! The condo was beautiful and the property manager was wonderful! This condo is located in a nice area with quick access to restaurants and shopping. Our next vacation will be here! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

We had a wonderful summer vacation. The condo was perfect. Just far enough from the public beach that we didn't have any over crowding. Attractions and restaraunts were close by, husband enjoyed a day deep-sea fishing. Our favorite restaurants were Wolf Bay Lodge and Lulu's(yes, I am a parrothead).

Daughter loved Alligator Alley and the Gulf Zoo. This was her first real vacation and she thouroughly enjoyed herself. Pam and Larry have plenty of beach toys and chairs, we also left a few extra floats so there is even more to enjoy. We hope to be returning for future vacations.

Great little condo for our family trip

It is a smaller set than the high rise and we always had room to go to pool, short waits for hot tub, and plenty of space on the beach!!! It was clean and Pam and her husband were sooo nice!!! We enjoyed our stay just wish it had been longer... great location to go shopping, eating, or walk out behind unit a short ways to the ocean!!!! It was quiet there too, except for us...

Great stay at Sunchase!

We have been staying in Larry and Pam's condos for a week every summer for 5 yrs and some of my husband's family many years more than us. We have stayed in all three condos and have enjoyed all of them. It is especially handy that they are all on the first floor which means a lot less stairs to climb. The pool and hottub area is great too. The pool guy is there every morning early testing the water etc. This year, others with us had a parking issue that was promptly corrected by the manager. I would recommend Sunchase and especially these condos to everyone.

Perfect location!

I stayed here with some friends in June. I loved the location! I've stayed at many places in Gulf Shores, but this is my favorite! Having the store, the ice cream, and the restaurant across the street was great! Pam was very patient with me as I had many questions before we arrived. Our AC died the first night, but was fixed the next day. I loved this condo!

About Pam

Hi, we are Larry and Pam and have been renting our condos since 1988, so have definetly worked out all of the kinks. We are both retired so can now stay at the beach for 7 months, and are here to update and repair what needs to be done. We offer a very easy reservation and check in procedure and are all about simple, so you can concentrate on looking forward to a relaxing, enjoyable time at the beach. Why Pam chose Gulf Shores

Sunchase is a low density property, right on the beach. It is situated on a quiet part of the beach, away from the congestion of high rise condos, yet close enough to all of the amenities offered by a resort city. We are 1 1/2 miles from the main intersection of 59/182 [which is the beach highway]

What makes this condo unique

We love everything about Gulf Shores, or we wouldn't have stayed since 1988. We own another condo in the same Sunchase complex, and the majority of our guests plan for a return visit to our bit of paradise shortly after leaving. My other # are 906966 & 868897

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
