Regency Isle is a Gulf Front condo building located in Orange Beach, Alabama between the Perdido Pass Bridge and the Alabama/Florida State line. Condo #604 is a large 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 6th floor. Each bedroom has it own private bathroom! The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full appliance package and has a breakfast nook with small table as well as a large dining room table. There is also a wet bar in the hallway with a free standing ice maker. The living room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and offers amazing views of the ocean through the floor to ceiling windows. The oversized balcony has 2 lounge chairs and 4 top table and chairs!

Master Bedroom - King Bed, closet, private bathroom with Shower and separate tub, and private balcony access (South Balcony).

Guest Bedroom 1 - 2 Queen Beds, closet, and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Relaxing Getaway at Regency Isle

We loved the spacious balcony. The condo had all we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The property had gas grills that we utilized on several nights ( propane provided). Great proximity to restaurants, stores, boat rentals.

Enjoyed unit and facilities however the two beds in the 2nd bedroom were very uncomfortable.

Excellent location. Nice pool, location to beach and outdoor cooking area were excellent, The beds in the 2nd bedroom were very uncomfortable. The Master Bedroom was much better.

The condo was very nice. The dishes were not clean and there was some trash that wasn't cleaned up by prior guests or housekeeping. Otherwise, it was a great location and nice place.

Fantastic!

The location was perfect. The view was beautiful and the balcony was very spacious. I love that there is a covered parking garage with an assigned space just for your unit that puts you right by the elevator with easy access to luggage carts as well. It makes unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. When you get off the elevator on the ground floor, the pool, grills and boardwalk to the beach are right there waiting on you. Everything was super convenient ,well maintained and the grounds were immaculate! We loved everything about our stay! I would love to stay here again and again!!

Great balcony

Toaster and counter full of crumbs. Small toys found on the floor. A corner of the sitting room rug is curled and dangerous. My 97 year old mother was with me and had to be watched walking on the rug in case she tripped. Other than that very nice. Our 2nd time coming.

Regency Ilse/ Prickett Properties

Our major problem was with lack of communication from the property management. They did not notify us the building was being painted and we would lose the use of the patio. All of the furniture was placed in the second bedroom which resulted loss of that room. In addition, there had been a flood in a unit above that caused damage in our unit, were we not notified and arrived to 6 industrial fans running and were told they had no where else to put us we had to find another place.

Very Corporate not personal

There are a LOT of rules that are not at all flexible. The reason for using VRBO is so you can be treated as a person and interact with a person. That is not what you get with this company. We were here for a baseball tournament and our last days schedule were completely up in the air. They were unwilling to do a late checkout because someone else was coming in but then they let me pay for an extra night and stay. All in all a great trip just know there isn't much flexibility with ANY of the long list of rules.

Property owner not nice

Balcony was disgusting. Looked like kids stayed there before us and spilled colored drinks everywhere. Also looked like laffy taffy was stuck to the floor. Flatscreen tv in the master bedroom kept losing Wi-Fi signal. Bedroom sliding door made horrible sound when trying to open. Shower had soap scum all down the side of the tiles. We had to literally go to dollar general and buy our own cleaning supplies and clean the condo before we moved our stuff in. It took us 3 hours to get this done. Regency Isle is a decent place to stay, but Pricket Properties (condo owner of room 604) does not take care of their rooms. We’ve stayed at this same condo in different rooms for the past 5 years but we used different property managers. Will never use Pricket Properties ever again.

We had a fabulous week staying here. Regency Isle has a great view and convenient location. The condo is spacious and nice, the grill area is perfect! Definitely recommend!

Spacious condo with a priceless view!

The balcony was magnificent. Cute and clean condo, with a kitchen that has everything we needed to cook with. Comfortable beds, wet bar, laundry off the 1/2 bath, 3 elevators and assigned parking. Management company was quick in responding to questions. Great condo and property. Loved the covered BBQ area next to the pool with a beach view. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Mini honeymoon

We recently married in OB in June and finally had time to go for trip just the two of us . We loved this property so much.. the layout of the condo .. easy and close access to pool and beach.. great proximity to shopping and dining.. we only wished we had more time We will definitely look for this condos availability in future first when booking our many frequent trips to OB

Unit has a humidity problem

Overall we truly enjoyed our rental. The oversized balcony itself is AMAZING. This unit is very spacious however, it has a humidity problem. Black mold was growing on the ceilings and the furniture always felt damp, our clothes felt damp being in the unit, certain areas of the floors were damp too. We bought groceries but later in the same day, the salt and sugar were clumped from the moisture. I communicated all of this to the property manager - if they intervene and fix the humidity issue, I would recommend this property to anyone! The location was great, the beach was beautiful and not too crowded, the unit is actually very nice and spacious. The humidity was more of an inconvenience than anything else. We did not let it overshadow the experience itself and enjoyed our time there! It looks just like the pictures so there was no false advertising in that aspect.

The unit was not clean, mold on ceiling in all room, nice view , Great beach. But the unit was not what was shown. Second bedroom was to have a queen, had a full and twin, it did have an ice maker.

We really enjoyed this place!! The only problems we had were that the bed listed as Queen seemed to only be a Full and the floors needed mopping. Otherwise, great location & amenities!
