Our hosts Eben and Janet are the best, most friendly people ever. The townhouse we stayed in was in the perfect location here in Green Valley, and very comfortable and clean. It was located within minutes of four golf courses, several pickleball court complexes and a couple Green Valley Rec Centers (GVR). While staying, make sure to connect with the hosts to get an authorization for a tenant pass so you can take full advantage of the 13 GVR Centers within Green Valley.

Lovely townhome, great hosts

The townhome is very spacious laid out very conveniently, and nicely furnished. It is well-equipped and located in a very nice part of Green Valley. Golf courses, recreation opportunities and places for walking abound. The location provides easy access to the freeway and major streets leading to shopping areas, as well as, places of interest. The owners/hosts are extremely welcoming and very quickly responsive to questions, requests and suggestions, as well as, general communication. We would recommend this home for your stay in Green Valley.

My wife and I stayed here for the month of December 2022 and found our visit to be everything we hoped for. Every amenity we needed was there for us, the furnishings were very comfortable, covered parking was easy and simple, right out our front door. Our daughter, her husband and 2 young grandchildren came to visit us for a few nights and the second bedroom and adjacent 2nd restroom readily satisfied their needs. The property complex was very nice and private and the overlook onto the adjacent golf course provided us with pleasant views of birds, deer and collared peccary. All appliances were sufficiently modern and in good working order. Within easy walking distance, there is a trail system on a now defunct golf course that provided a wonderful paved trail system away from traffic. We would be happy to book here for our next winter get-away. Thanks Janet and Eben.

Nice property, not so nice owners

The property was fine. The problem was the owners. I had the property leased from Aug 3 - Sep 2 (30 nights). On Friday, Aug 30 the owner texted me asking where the keys were to the property. I replied that I had a key with me because I still had the place rented until Sep 2. I had notified the owners two weeks earlier to let them know that I was closing on a house sale Aug 23 and asked if they would be willing to let me out of the lease a week early if they could find another renter. They would not. The owner entered the property during the time I had it leased and had it cleaned without notifying me. The law states tenants must be given 24 hours notice unless there is an emergency.

A celebration of retirement

Very nice place. Great location, plenty of room, very well furnished. It's located just off the green of the 17th hole on the St Ignacio golf course. I would suggest if possible that some of the tree branches be trimmed back so that it's easier to see the green from the balcony. For us golfers that would be wonderful.

Arizona Get Away

Great property....clean, well maintained and welcoming. We were there for only two weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this place for any other prospective visitors.

The condo was very accommodating and cozy. Very well appointed. Janet and Eben were delightful and always available if we needed anything which was only once during our month stay. They were approachable and gracious. We had a great time and would do it again.

Great view in Green Valley

This property is everything and more for Green Valley. The view is peaceful and beautiful. The unit is appointed better than any unit we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend staying here. It is centrally located and very easy to get to services in the area. Many churches are close, so you options are plentiful. Janet and Eben are very gracious hosts.

More than satisfied!

Janet & Eden were wonderful hosts and answered any questions very quickly. The villa is immaculate and welcoming. Everything works good and is clean and comfortable. They even provided WIFI. The parking spot is so convenient. This is an excellent location for anyone wanting to relax in the Arizona sun! Gorgeous!
