2 DAY Minimum RENTALS AVAILABLE during certain periods this summer! Check Calendar and/rates!This is the best location on the island. Walking distance to the Boardwalk, and OCEANFRONT!! The beach in front of this condo is very nice and wide not like some other locations on the island. We offer weekly rates and 2 min stay rates during certain weeks. Access code will be provided for the keyless entry locks. Linens and bath towels included. Just bring your beach towels. GET YOUR VACATION STARTED EARLY THIS YEAR - WE ARE OFFERING A CHECK-IN TIME OF 3:00 TO GUESTS EVEN DURING HIGH SEASON. ENJOY YOUR FIRST DAY INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR YOUR PLACE TO BE READY AT 4:00-6:00PM!!!!Enjoy the nice wide beautiful beach (not wide everywhere). Just one flight of stairs makes it easy to move in and out of this large end-unit condo. Lots of windows offer plenty of natural light. Enjoy the pool, the beach, or take a stroll to the boardwalk. This unit offers expanded cable and free high speed internet service. There are TV's in both bedrooms. If you are traveling with children, you will be glad to note that there is a LIFEGUARD stand near our building. The condo has a newer granite countertops, beds, and mattresses. Both baths have been remodeled. Comfortable mattresses and bedding promise a great night's sleep. It offers 2 full beds, 1 king. Also has a private deck off the master bedroom which looks down Carolina Beach Ave, and has a slight canal view.

The property could use some TLC. The hallway floor inside the condo is not level. The host was great at communicating with us and everything was exactly where we were told it would be located. I wasn’t expecting to make beds but the linens fit the beds and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the porch. We did not try the pool. The walkway to the beach was nice but the sand was so soft at the end that I fell. Thankfully no injuries. If you’re selecting this property be prepared for steps, a hike to the beach along a wooden walkway followed by soft sand and mounded sand before getting near the water.

My husband, adult daughter, and I rented this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo to get away to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The beds slept well and the sheets were soft. We especially enjoyed the cool ocean breezes as we sat outside on the deck.

Right on the Beach!

We had a great stay here - only rained on the 1st day we arrived - other than that the weather was great! The Condo was convenient to the boardwalk, you could walk to area restaurants.The only drawback was the parking situation - parking in tandem with other renters was not convenient - you can get blocked in and not be able to use your car if they don't answer their phone. But other than that we had a good time

The beach condo was awesome! I was worried that you couldn't see the ocean from the porch since it is on the first floor, but the view was great! Perfect location, not a super busy beach since it is surrounded by houses and condos rather than hotels. The condo is large and set up well for many guests. Easy to get down to the beach and back to the condo.

We enjoy this part of Carolina Beach. The beach is very wide in this section and not very crowded. We also enjoy walking to the marina to see the boats come in and going to breakfast at the GulfStream.
