We traveled extensively up and down the eastern seaboard (as well as across the US and internationally) before coming across the unspoiled natural beauty and friendliness of the people of Cutler, Maine and the surrounding area. We wanted a place to escape the crowds of the lower coast and spend undisturbed time, hopefully for generations, with family and loved ones in an inspiring and spectacular setting.

What makes this Estate unique
The bold, crashing sea, away from all the crowds is the first and foremost attraction! Yet, additionally, we had never before seen stars like you will see from the deck of the house. You will feel like you can reach up and touch the milky way. In the late fall, the northerrn lights are mesmerizing. The smell of the sea and pines soothe the soul and the quiet and respectful pace of life in this part of the country reminds us of the amazing beauty and kindness that it is still possible to find in very special places.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
