Beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at Bay Tree Club, provides you with a magnificent view of Little Sarasota Bay and a 2 minute walk to your private beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Enjoy the amazing Siesta Key sunsets on your private beach. The unit comes fully furnished. The condo features a large modern kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is located on the south end of Siesta Key with a beautiful bay view from your balcony. Beach towels are provided, with beach chairs in your private beachside cabana.

Siesta Key has a free trolley, with a stop at Bay Tree Club.

Wonderful vacation

This was our second stay at this property. It is such a great relaxing setting. It is in a perfect location and so peaceful! We had a small issue this stay that the owners were very quick to respond to, address and resolve. They are wonderful! Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to this area.

Loved Siesta Key Vacation

Can’t say enough how great our experience was. Dawn and her son were so nice and helpful. Condo was spotless and beautiful. Perfect location. Short walk to turtle beach and short drive to Siesta Key Beach. Drum Circle at Siesta Beach was a great experience. All the restaurants were so good. Definitely will be back.

The condo is pleasant, new, very welcome, very well organised and it's located in wonderful area. You will find more than you need there. It seems that we were at home! Bay Tree is one of our favorite condos that I've stayed in. The views are like no other. It is so peaceful and extremely accommodating. So many amenities that we found ourselves wanting for nothing! Dawn was a true pleasure to communicate with. Communication was precise to the point of exactly what was expected. I'm hoping to return to this particular slice of heaven in the future! Snowbird Heaven

This was our first time getting away from the cold Indiana winter and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the month of February. Dawn was such a pleasure to work with and the entire process was seamless which made for a wonderful stay. The condo was just as described although the view of the Bay from the balcony was somewhat obstructed by the large trees on the grounds. We were pleased with the abundance of supplies from towels to cleaning supplies, we lacked for nothing except food. If we decide to return to the Sarasota area we will definitely try to rebook!

Start to finish was perfection. Owner was easy as could be to communicate with. Check in was a breeze. Condo was lovely and comfortable and clean. Better than pictures!!!! Property was exactly what we expected. Beautiful pool and landscaping. Lanai so nice and enclosed so no bugs! Beach access so easy. A cabana for our wagon and toys!!!! Restaurants galore. One of the best!

We use VRBO for all of our vacations. This property was one of the very best we have ever stayed in! It was even better than the pictures, so clean. And so very comfortable. We were happy to stay in at night as the unit felt just like home!! Initially I was disappointed that we didn't have an ocean view (the listing is clear that it's not on the ocean). But the view we did have was of the bay was beautiful and the unit itself was so comfortable, I didn't mind at all. The unit was also nicely stocked. It was very convenient to have things like sandwich bags and condiments. If we return to the area we will absolutely stay in this unit.

This place was the perfect getaway for my Mother’s Day girl trip with my mother and sister! The location was amazing, located near the quieter parts of Siesta Key. We had a rental car, but we did use the free trolley and one of the stops was conveniently located right at the condo! Speaking of location, this place is right across from Turtle Beach and with Dawn’s cabana full of beach accessories, we had the best beach days!! The condo in general was super cute too! Cozy layout and very comfy beds!! Everything was super clean and Dawn literally had the place stoked for everything you would need for a home away from home. Honestly, I’m blown away with how great this rental was. Dawn was such an amazing host and went out of her way to clear up a couple issues we had. Book this place! We will definitely be back! 💜💜💜

Well equipped condo with beautiful sunsets

Our stay was Dec 24th thru the 2nd of Jan. The owner was absolutely wonderful! I can not say enough about her and how nice this unit was. We were even able to check in early. The condo was well equipped. Dec 25th was 43 degrees there is plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. The condo resort including the grounds is non smoking (except for a small area by the dock) along with many other rules at the 2 pools. If you do something wrong the residents will be sure to point it out. The location was a distance from all eateries/bars except 1. We were glad we had a vehicle. The trolley only runs till 10pm. There are several alternatives for transportation if needed 20 to 30 min response time. There is a noise ordnance in effect at 10pm even on New Years Eve. Bars must shut down entertainment at 10pm. Definitely a super super quiet and very low key vacation so different from our usual Ft Myers Beach we usually do this time of year.

Great condo it had everything

We have stayed at a lot of rental properties and this had everything you could need and more. It was easy to get to the beach and the pool. We had an issue with the air conditioner and Dawn was quick to get it fixed for us.

Beautiful condo!

What a winner we picked this year! Light, airy and clean, nicely decorated. The grounds are amazing 🤩 there really weren’t that many pics of the bay, and BOY was that a beautiful surprise. There a gorgeous tree, the pier itself, but also 2 lovely seating/grilling areas. Checking in was a breeze, amenities easy to access. Pools close at 10. The fishing rods in unit had no reels, so my husband was a bit disappointed. (We could have purchased a cheap rod from Walmart but decided not to) but just so you know, you’ll need to bring a rod if that’s your wish. I loved the convenience of the laundry across the hall. Plentiful towels/beach towels in unit. Comfy beds. The showers were ok. The big dining table was very nice and comfy. The beach: awesome! An easy walk, and clean and hardly anyone there. My son loved the quiet. I could read and write poetry. We really enjoyed the sleepier vibe of south siesta. When it was calm and clear we were able to find shells and snorkel. The cabana was super convenient, umbrellas, pool noodles, chairs a plenty. The wagon in the unit was a life saver! We would definitely return to Dawn and Jon’s little slice of paradise!

My family and I have been vacationing in Florida since the 1980's. We've vacationed up and down the gulf coast and there is truly no place quite like Siesta Key and Sarasota. I currently live in Ohio and enjoy escaping the harsh northern winters at the beautiful Bay Tree Club. I hope you will enjoy the pristine waters, the fabulous beaches and the gorgeous sunsets as much as I do!

Why they chose this property

I searched for quite some time in finding the right place on Siesta Key. After almost calling it quits, I found the perfect property at the quieter south end of Siesta Key. It has everything that I could ever want in a vacation home: views of the bay, a private beach, two private pools and the facility management cannot be beat. It is always well maintained, and the community is incredibly friendly.

What makes this property unique

Because it's on the quieter end of the island, you're in charge of your vacation. If you're in the mood to relax with a good book, walk to some fantastic restaurants, and enjoy an amazing sunset/sunrise over the bay and gulf, then it's a perfect place. If you want to part-take in the nightlife of Siesta Key, the free trolley will take you there in minutes. It's a wonderful place for a getaway!
