Hello.....thank you for the 5 stars. I'm pleased that you noted--Clean. My wife and I emphasize the number 1 priority is cleanliness throughout our unit. It's all about exceptional guests' experiences. Location is a given. We have breathtaking views of the Beach and Gulf.....and we're within walking distance to Siesta Village.

Being high at 3rd floor penthouse levels offers breathtaking views of the beach and the Gulf....even from the bedroom window. It's great waking up in the morning with beautiful views of Siesta beach. Walking to Siesta Village is an easy walk of about only 20 minutes. And the free trolley that passes by our unit is a great option if you wish to be driven to the Village and not be concerned about finding a parking space. Pick up the trolley right in front of our condo. We look forward to being your hosts again. Al & Joanna

We continually are increasing our quality attributes in our beach front condo home. Yes, the newer washer/dryer is very convenient, right outside our door. Our location is an added plus...... especially the breathtaking views of the Beach and Gulf Waters. Al

Dear Guests.....your 5 star review is appreciated. Thank you. Joanna and I are happy you enjoyed your vacation while staying in our beach front condo home. To add to your comments, there's a FREE Trolley that stops at the corner of our condo building. This Trolley takes visitors to Siesta Village in about 2-3 minutes. If one prefers an easy stroll, it takes only about 15-20 minutes from our condo Our location is ideal. From inside our condo there are breathtaking views of the beach. And we are close to Siesta Village, with restaurants, shopping, etc. Joanna and I were glad to be your hosts and we hope you return again.

Thank you very much for your kind comments about our home. We also love the full panoramic beach view that the 3rd floor offers. A 20 minute strolling walk to the village is an added plus. It's a bit less than a one mile walk. We look forward to you coming back again next year and staying at 304 to enjoy Siesta Beach and the restaurants and shops at the Village.

Everything is easy to get to.... an easy 15 minute walk to Siesta Village.... plus the free trolley stops right at the corner of our building. About a 3 minute drive to the Village. Being across the street of the Beach offers breathtaking views of the Gulf and Beach from our 3rd floor unit. We're pleased you mention the cleanliness of our unit. Thank you all your great comments about our beach front condo home. And a special thanks for your comment on how clean we keep it for all our guests. That is important to us. You mentioned it's a short walk to the beach....and you are correct if you mean walking to the shore line where the waves hit the sand. Actually, the sandy beach itself starts only about 50 steps from our condo. But because Siesta Beach itself is so wide, it takes a few more steps to get to the water.
