About this property
Luxe remodel, three King ensuites, walk to 3rd St
The front door opens into a double-height entryway with a custom built-in bench and storage. To the left of the entry is a large living room with a spacious, comfortable sectional, a television with streaming apps, and a gorgeous natural gas fireplace. To the right, the cozy dining room features two paintings from local artists and seating for six. A sunny art room off the living room is stocked with art supplies, an easel, desk, and chair — perfect for getting some work done or being creative.
The kitchen is a dream: custom cabinetry, a large farmhouse sink with a picture window overlooking the yard, a six-burner gas stove, electric oven, custom-built walnut island with seating and an outlet, and open shelving to keep essentials in easy view. Everything you need to cook meals is included, from olive oil and spices to sugar, flour and honey. Local coffee, tea, and accompaniments are also provided.
Each bedroom has a king bed with a supportive and ultra-comfortable medium-firm gel memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets, a down-alternative duvet, and four pillows of varying firmness. Easily accessible outlets are available on both sides of each bed for charging your devices. Both upstairs bedrooms also feature built-in desks beneath the dormers, with a chair and nearby outlet. For light sleepers, each bedroom includes a sound machine to help soften any street noise.
All bedrooms have their own naturally lit private bathrooms - two with walk-in showers and one with a bathtub and shower overhead. Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cotton swabs, and a quality hair dryer are provided in each bathroom. The upstairs laundry room includes a front-loading washer and dryer with steam function, a walnut folding counter, hanging rod, wash sink, ironing board, and iron. Fragrance-free detergent and stain spray are supplied.
French doors lead from the kitchen to a brick patio and beautifully landscaped back garden. String lights sway over an extra-long teak table and outdoor sofas. The firepit is a favorite cozy spot on cool evenings. The grill runs on natural gas, and the edible garden includes a mix of vegetables, herbs, and flowers that guests are welcome to enjoy. Off-street parking is available in front of the house for up to three cars.

Wonderful property, wonderful hosts and wonderful location!
Fantastic property both inside and outside. We enjoyed a beautiful backyard. The hosts were excellent with communication and the location is the best you will find in McMinville. We highly recommend it!
This home was perfect for our girls trip. Everything was thoughtful and intentional in every way. The entire home was very clean and well kept. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly stocked and the living space was so comfortable and inviting. The backyard was full of greenery and fresh fruit.
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. It was warm, charming, and very inviting, and the location couldn't have been better—so close to downtown and easy to enjoy everything McMinnville has to offer. We look forward to returning at another time of year so we can enjoy the backyard, which looks like a great place to relax and unwind. We have family in McMinnville and visit regularly, and this truly feels like the perfect place for us to stay going forward. The detailed house notebook was incredibly helpful, and we appreciated the thoughtful restaurant and winery recommendations. The owners made the entire experience seamless, and we are grateful for such an easy, comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
Both house and property are gorgeous. The backyard was a dream, we spent most our time outside enjoying the many different seating options. The house was beautiful and spacious.
The home was perfectly organized and all the amenities were of high quality
The in room bathroom suites made our stay so much more comfortable than a usual vacation home rental
Stay here , you will be very happy
Enjoyed our stay at this very cute house. Manager quickly responded when we had a question about the fireplace. House nicely remodeled. Huge lovely backyard. Great location.
Very nice property. We’ll maintained. A little noisy at night due to proximity of roadway with transports.

Thanks so much, Doug - so glad you enjoyed your stay and the home!
Potential guests should note that this home is located downtown next to the city park and main street - the map location in VRBO is exact and accurate - so you will hear some traffic noise and small city activity. Like in most semi-rural towns, it's usually minimal at night but we do provide white noise machines for light sleepers like myself!
We gathered in McMinnville for a wine tasting weekend. Laura's home was everything we wanted and more! The home was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable. The backyard was amazing and reason enough to stay here. Our group of 5 friends appreciated all king beds and 3 ensuite baths so much, we could be as lazy as we wanted each day. 5 stars!!!
House was beautiful as advertised. Nice touches included coffee, various kitchen stuff, nice wine glasses, bathroom items. Worth the premium. All bed/baths were nearly equal. Outdoor space was inviting and the gas fireplace was a huge hit! Very well renovated/designed. I would love to live there. Also a big thanks for the itinerary!
The home was absolutely beautiful they did not miss any detail. Very comfortable and decor is fabulous. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and every detail covered! Amazing backyard. We will be back when the weather is a bit better. But enjoyed the huge gas fireplace this trip.
Great location- walking distance to restaurants, wine tasting and local shops. There’s a big park across the street. The house was beautifully appointed with a great kitchen, 3 bedrooms with wonderful king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Easy communication regarding check- in and no laborious requests at checkout other than empty trash and turn on dishwasher! Just fantastic!
We loved our stay here! We had 3 couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. We had hoped to spend some time in the absolutely gorgeous outdoor space but Mother Nature had other plans. So, we spent our evenings sitting around the beautiful, cozy fireplace. It was perfect! The location is great too. We easily walked to breakfast and dinner in 10 minutes or less and we were also close to many wineries. I promise you won’t be disappointed in this charming home.
We were 3 couples there for a Wedding. The house was perfect! Having 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was a big win!
Kitchen fully stocked. Living room with the fireplace was very cozy. Outdoor area had a fire pit, plenty of seating to enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks at night.
It was by a busy street, but we enjoyed walking to everything. For us location was fantastic!
We truly enjoyed our stay!
The owner has thought of EVERYTHING here. There is nothing we missed, and she thought I’d every amenity one might want on a girls. One minor, normal issue and she had it taken care of immediately. It was a fantastic spot for walking to restaurants and bars at night. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
The house was absolutely amazing. It had exactly what my family and I were looking for on our trip to McMinnvile. It was very easy walking to all the restaurants and locations in the downtown area. Also very short drives to all the local wineries we visited. The house itself was beautiful. Had great living spaces to spend time with family. The bedrooms all had king sized beds and were beautifully furnished. My wife was very impressed that each bathroom had a real hairdryer. The check out process was also very easy. We were only asked to start the dishwasher and the cleaning team took care of everything else. My family and I would absolutely stay there again on our next trip to McMinnville!
Outstanding residence in a great location - easy walk to downtown McMinnville. The property is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!
We were 3 couples staying 4 nights for the International Pinot Noir Festival. This home was perfect!!! The photos and description are 100% accurate.
The location is ideal with ample parking and ability to walk to all the shops and restaurants.
The house had a well stocked kitchen with local coffees and teas. We did not cook but it was well supplied with everything you could need.
We had 3 bedrooms, all with king beds and en-suite bathrooms! A rare find! Toiletries were plentiful and great quality.
The backyard was fantastic with beautiful lighting, multiple seating areas, a fire pit (unfortunately we were not able to use as there was a rare heat extreme during our visit), an herb garden and strawberry patch available for your use.
This was by far the best VRBO property I have stayed in!
Laura (host) was incredibly helpful and extremely prompt with any communication…we had no problems but did end up adding an extra night and she made it happen without any issues.
If you are going to stay in the Willamette Valley, this is the house!!
Comfortable & nicely appointed property.
Kitchen especially nice! Nice outdoor space.

Why they chose this property
We were drawn to this home because of its location and the way it fits into daily life in McMinnville. Being just a short walk from Third Street means easy access to restaurants, tasting rooms, shops, and local events, all without needing a car. At the same time, the neighborhood itself feels calm and residential, which makes it a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day.
The house offered the right balance of space, character, and walkability, which made it feel like a natural fit from the start.
What makes this property unique
The Park House has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a large kitchen and a spacious backyard that works well for gathering. It’s designed for families or small groups who want to spend time together comfortably, with enough space to spread out when needed.
The location is a big part of the experience. Being just a couple blocks from Third Street means you can walk to meals, tastings, and shops, then come back to a quiet, residential setting. It’s easy, relaxed, and makes the most of time in town.
