5703Bは、熱帯の休暇を次のレベルの贅沢にエスカレートする、真っ白でモダンな「ビーチハウス」です。
最大24名のゲストを収容できる広々とした3階建ての家には、6つのベッドルームとバスルームがあり、ビーチの真向かいに位置しています！

1階には2つのゲスト用ベッドルームがあります。 最初のものは、2つのクイーンベッドと専用バスルームを備えています。 2番目のベッドルームには2つのツインベッドがあり、それぞれにツイントランドルベッドと専用バスルームがあります。 家の2番目のメインレベルには、広いオープンコンセプトのリビングルーム、ダイニングエリア、キッチンがあります。 キッチンは、6人用のバー席がある大規模な中央の島の周りの大家族や友人のグループに十分なスペースを提供します。 製氷機と食器洗浄機を備えた冷蔵庫などのステンレス製の電化製品が提供されます。 リビングルームには、大型の断面ソファソファに囲まれた大きなフラットスクリーンテレビが備わっています。 座って、グループ全体で映画やスポーツを見ましょう！

The host was amazing! Always replied right away, was very thoughtful and considerate and always made sure all questions were answered and any problems were resolved.The place was not as clean or kept up as expected or I would have given 5 stars. The location was beautiful. We enjoy it all Thank you

My family and I truly enjoyed our brief but memorable stay at your beach condo. I would only ask/request for a larger trash can in the kitchen area and maybe a Keurig coffee pot...lol. I do love my coffee. Thank you so very much for your beautiful accommodations.

My family and i enjoyed our stay at 5703B beach house. Plenty of space for a family of 10. Had a few hiccups though. The beach access was under construction (which was our view). 😥 Had to walk a bit to reach the beach. Electricity was out for about 6 hours. Other than that had a great time.

Great Home

This is a beautiful home directly across the street from the beach, and beach access. You can see the beach from windows and porches in the house. We were able to go back and forth from the house to the beach easily because it's so close. We did have a problem with the outside grill, but SPI maintenance came within minutes to fix, and even brought us a spare grill. The house is comfortable and I would recommend to others.

We Couldn't Have Asked for More!

Our family of 14 absolutely loved the accommodations! We were on the beach in a matter of minutes and could walk both north and south for fun, sport, and food. The six bedrooms made it possible for each to have his own quiet space, and the spacious open living-dining-kitchen area made it possible for all to gather for family fun. The heated swimming pool was enjoyed by the grandkids (ages 17-29), the grill (after a little repair work) was convenient for grilling and for use a second oven; the utility room was a life saver; having four parking spaces was nice; TVs in each room were enjoyed; and the balconies offered quiet reading spaces with a great view. Even though our family grew up in Southeast Texas, none of us had ever been to South Padre Island. We arrived from Seattle, Portland, Austin, Montgomery, and College Station by car or plane and found the island to be great fun - and not as crowded at Christmastime as I'm sure it is in the summer. We visited Boca Chica and SpaceX, took the 4-hour Port of Brownsville with Captain Murphy, went to the turtle rehab facility, took in a movie (Boys in the Boat), went to the Christmas Eve service at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, played volleyball on the beach, watched movies and played games in the condo, relaxed, and just had a great time. We'll be back, and we likely will choose the same accommodations.

Perfect place for a best vacation

Very conveniently located to everything. We (a group of 24) had a blast and would definitely stay here again when we visit SPI.

The perfect place!

Our family has been coming to South Padre Island for 31 years,staying at various locations. There are now sixteen of us and we unanimously agreed that this house was the best place we have ever stayed! It met all of our needs and we will certainly be back!

Not what I expected

I will start with the positive! Location, location, location! That was the best thing. Their after everything was not what I expected. The property was dirty the second floor master bedroom has a carpet and is extremely disgusting. It had HUGE stains and tons of pet hair. I had to call for maintenance to come and they just brought me a vacuum and basically left me to do the job. The grill was missing pieces to light up so we had to call maintenance to come and take care of it. In addition the grill is poorly maintained. I called the people from the property to come and clean the pool and of course they gave me the run around and told me another company does the maintenance and they were going to check if they were available. All in all they came but did not vacuum the sand out of the pool so what’s the point. The property is currently being sold so hopefully the next owner or next rental company maintains it better. It’s worth staying but NOT under this management.

South Padre

First thing we saw was a messy Master bedroom bed. With a bottle of cleaning product laying on bed. We have pictures. Shower door on small 3rd level bathroom won't close. Hot water takes. Over 4 minutes to get hot. Ceiling fan in 2nd level TV room does not work correctly. TV would not work correctly, we finally call the office because of Super Bowl Sunday. And they fixed it, we were not doing anything wrong,,it did not have regular programs paid for. Why isn't there a lock onto the back swimming area door, not good,my wife wouldn't go swimming after dark by herself. I am sure you will make this RIGHT WITH us. We traveled 1500 miles to stay at your spot. Would you be satisfied??? Thank you very much.

Perfect getaway

My family, Myself and my husband came down after our wedding to get away for a while it was a perfect stay for the 14 we had. Beautiful views, everything we needed was provided, trouble With tv and internet but they came Right over and fixed it. Thank you guys for a perfect week. No issues at all!

SPI 2022

For 20 years my husband and, our grown kids and grandkids vacation at SPI. We've stayed at a lot of different beach homes throughout the years. This year we chose Casa AMADA, and I can honestly say it's the best place we've ever stayed. Great location, large enough for all 11 of us, easy walk to the beach and the view of the ocean was amazing. I recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect vacation rental.

Family vacation

We had a group of 14 staying , it worked great. Plenty of space. We were having problems with the tv & they had someone come over right away to help. We liked how close to the beach were & having our own pool. Great to have a washer & dryer.

The house was spectacular! Large enough to host four families, including 8 teenagers and younger children. Ideally located within a few, short steps to the beach. From providing enough space to host a large family bar-b-que near the pool to allowing everyone secluded private spaces for sleeping, the experience was magnificent. Large island near living room allowed for plenty of space for meal prep, eating, and hanging out with friends and family. Will definitely repeat.

Hi hey I just want to let a review on what our experience was. CLEANLINESS OF PROPERTY could have been much better I think y’all need someone that does a better job on cleaning the kitchen especially could need a deeeeeeeep clean. The location was perfect. The manager was friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed this house and location. It was perfect for my family. The only downside we had was that the door locks did not work on any of the exterior doors except the front door (the back door and 3 balcony doors would not lock). This made me a little nervous about leaving my things inside, but my biggest worry was having a 3 year old and no way to lock the back door to the pool. Now she was never out of our site, but I would have felt better with knowing she couldn't get out there without one of us. The home is beautiful and spacious. We really loved it.
