This three bedroom two bath, 2100 square foot canal front home has it all. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Punta Gorda Isles near great restaurants, shopping, as well as so many outdoor activities. Nicely maintained and updated home with quick powerboat access to Charlotte Harbor.

This home features vaulted ceilings in dining room, family room, master bedroom and skylights in laundry room and bathrooms. The large master suite features a king size bed, 55 inch TV, sliding door access to lanai, his and hers closets, large seating area, and the remodeled master bath has dual sinks with quartz counter tops and glass enclosed walk in shower.
This split floor plan design has two guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house - one king and one queen. Additionally, there is a queen blowup bed which can be set up in the living room, family room, or master bedroom.
The guest bath has wood cabinets and granite counter tops.

The kitchen features solid surface countertops, stainless appliances including dishwasher, oven/cooktop, microwave, pull out trash and recycle bins, lazy susans for storage, pull out drawers, a large refrigerator with icemaker, and a center island for gathering and entertaining.

The outdoor area features a large covered patio and screened lanai with pavers, heated pebble tech pool, and a paved walk way to the 80 foot seawall with a 30 foot concrete dock. The exterior of this home has a paved driveway and entryway.

Punta Gorda isles is located close to the downtown area, major highways, restaurants and marinas and is a great place to enjoy the Florida style of living. Bring your boat or rent one at nearby Fisherman's Village. Kayaks and canoes are also available for rent in the area. There are also two bikes at the house. There is a small beach about a seven minute drive from the house. The beach is bulkheaded so they don't allow swimming. There is a public beach in Port Charlotte on the Peace River, about a 15 minute drive. Or, you can explore the many fantastic Southwest Florida beaches within driving distance.

Just a perfect pool property in a quiet canalside neighbourhood. Ideal for just relaxing, fishing or use as a base to explore the Gulf Coast. Fully equipped and plenty of shops nearby. A really great vacation.

Wonderful home away from home!!

This property is one of the very best, most comfortable VRBOs we've ever rented. Beds are all amazing, kitchen is huge and well-stocked, comfy living area for PM tv time, but the outdoor patio/pool area was our main domain for 3weeks! Quiet, safe neighborhood, 5min easy drive into center of Punta Gorda or Publix. We definitely plan to return !!!

Great Location

The house was immaculate, had everything we needed. In a very quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly neighbors. We had a great time relaxing, enjoyed the pool and view of the canal waterway. We loved our stay for the month of December! The house was comfortable, enjoyed the outdoor pool area, loved our walks everyday and talking with the neighbors. Everything in the house looked exactly as it did in the listing. Communication with the owners was very nice and friendly and they were very responsive. Summer Escape

Took a three week break and left central Florida for a getaway in Punta Gorda. Went with a gal friend to catch up and have some girl only time. Unfortunately this summer crazy weather limited our activities. Heat with no rain meant impossible to enjoy the lanai area. We did get into the pool everyday but had to go indoors afterwards. I would love to go again but in May or June. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions.

Restful vacation

My husband and I stayed for one month celebrating our retirement and 51st anniversary. Lovely home, quiet, friendly neighborhood. We had family visit for one week of our stay which was lovely. Kids enjoyed the pool and the entire family shared in the excitement as my husband pulled in a 30-40 lb drum in from the canal( we released him of course). A perfect vacation!

Meticulous and serene canal home!

We stayed at this property for ten weeks and it did not disappoint. We have never stayed a more meticulous rental home. It's obvious the owners truly care about the condition of their home. Each bedroom was as nice as the next. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Beautiful lenai and heated pool. The view to the canal was spectacular. Neighborhood quiet and serene. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Owners were wonderful!

Awesome home!

We had a wonderful family Christmas celebration in Neel and Mary’s home. It was spacious, beautifully appointed, immaculate, and had every amenities we could want. The heated pool was especially popular with our 4 year old grandson! We spent a lot of time out on the lanai and had all of our meals out at the table there. Neel and Mary were excellent communicators both before and during our stay, making sure that we had everything that we needed and giving us any information that would be helpful as far as the house was concerned. They also left brochures for all area attractions. We would definitely stay at Neel and Mary’s home if we found ourselves in this area again. They were amazing hosts. Thank you. Wendy and family

We are Neel and Mary Thompson. We both grew up and continue to live in the Philadelphia, Pa. area. I am a retired Naval Officer and Mary is a retired elementary school teacher. We have six boys between us (second marriage for both of us), and sixteen grandchildren. We owned a vacation rental property in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania for 14 years. We sold that in 2/19 and bought the house in Punta Gorda. This will also be a vacation rental property for most of the year. We have learned over the past years how to make sure our tenants are well taken care of and we plan to continue. We have set up a network of people/companies to take care of the house year round. We are only a phone call away should problems arise.
