May Vacay

This was our second year staying here and it is absolutely perfect for a family of 6. We have 4 kiddos and there is plenty of beds and you can’t beat the ocean view! Owner is responsive and flexible as well! Thanks for a wonderful second year!

Very Peaceful and Relaxing

Enjoyed how close we were to the beach with easy access. House very comfortable for the 6, plenty of room. Adding to our list of return places.

Location!!

The location was amazing!!! Right on the ocean!! However, the place was super dirty. Didn’t even have pillowcases on. Dishes were dirty. Only 1 paper towel roll for 6 people for a week. Definitely needs major updating.

Thank you for your comments! Good or bad, its how we improve. Prior to arrival, we have an inspection done on every unit and VERY few get through with problems. Pillowcases: 2 complete sets of linens are always on hand for each bed in each unit. We are looking into this now. Dirty dishes: This unit has a dishwasher and everything in the kitchen was suppose to be inspected.. Paper towels: We provide starter packs for paper towels, dish soap, dish washer detergent, laundry soap and hand soap. Typically , guests will bring what is needed beyond a few days. HOWEVER: a simple phone call during your visit would have solved everything. There are 3 of us that live on Palm Island full time and ready and able to help out with ANY problems. Our phone numbers on the arrival instructions and the book in kitchen. PLEASE call or txt with problems next time. Literally in an hour we could have sent in a cleaning crew, provide more paper towels and made everything right. This unit has recently undergone some great improvements: New windows, window coverings, new large screen tv. Glad you enjoyed our island! Jim Luscombe
