Labor day weekend

This condo over looked the marina. The grandkids enjoyed watching the boats coming in and out. The condo was very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. The location is close to everything.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was great. Big pool and hot tub and VERY peaceful. The location was awesome and I really loved that it was gated. We did not share the elevator with anyone the whole week. I also loved the view of the marsh. We will definitely consider again next year.

Home away from home

Could not have been better!! We Hated our vacation was over! It was so close to the ocean, shops, entertainment and restaurants.The pool and hot tub was a big hit. It was amazing!! We wish we could stay there full time! The only thing was the Marsh smell, hence the name. But it is not so bad afterwards, the restaurant next door kills the smell and makes you hungry!

Fantastic

This property actually looked even better in person than in the pictures. Condo is nice, quiet and clean. It’s in a great location, a lot of stores and restaurants are in walking distance. The pool is really nice and clean and pretty views of the marsh behind it. Only downsides is the parking spaces are very small and hard to fit in if you drive a big vehicle and it’s about a half mile from the beach, which is not bad to walk but is hard when you are carrying beac chairs, cooler and etc. but overall this was a great place.

There's alot of residents there that are nosey as **** some friendly just yo gather information. We stayed her for a week they acted like they've never seen African Americans on their lives. My favorite part is the monitoring of the pool and hot tub area, they want to monitor us while we enjoy what is included in our stay. One thing for sure they knew better to engage in their "authority" once you put them in check there's no additional passive aggression distributed. Our unit was nice and quiet, vehicles were safe behind a gate, close to everything! Each room has a TV but all of them are really small.

Près de l'océan, à environ 10 minutes à pied.Dans la période de location malheusement la picine n'était pas disponible réparation majeur autour la terrasse etait en réfection j'ai vue le résultat avant mon départ tres beau. Nous avons eu un bris de tiroir dans la cuisine et un employé de l'agence de location et venue réparer bravo à toutes l'équipe tres bon service.En ce qui regarde le problème pour utilisation de la picine l'agence de location m'a crédité un montant tres sustentiel merci

Kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were all comfortable and the view of the marsh is enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were used extensively and they were well maintained. I gave the furniture 3 stars because it was dated and tolerable. I shared this with the owners and I understand they have purchased all new furniture so I am really looking forward to returning next year and enjoying it! We could walk to most places, especially the beach! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Nice condo

The condo is the perfect size and location for a family of 4. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything was provided that was advertised. The area is fairly quiet and the pool and hot tub are excellent. We enjoyed watching the birds on the marsh, as well.

Great condo!

We enjoyed staying in the condo. It was in great shape, just like the listing. Loved the screened in balcony overlooking the marsh. Property was clean, check-in was easy, and we had no problems while we were there. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Loved the location! Close to shopping and dining. The pool area was clean and the people were nice. The condo was very spacious and very outdated. Yet, I would stay there again. The kids loved looking for crabs on the deck at night. I enjoyed the smaller, less crowded area. The beach was half mile away but easy to get to. I would recommend bringing bikes if you don't want to drive. And Joe's bar and Grill next door is a hidden gem! I wish that the door had a code and in place of the key.

Great time

About the stay in the department

The cleanliness leave a lot be desired and the bed a mess the mattress was out of date and I ended up with a backache and make a lot of noise when lying down
