Beach trip

Booked this condo for my parents who are not tech savvy. They wanted me to let you know that they had a wonderful time. Please was clean and enjoyed the location and views! Recommended!!!

Great unit!

Booked this unit literally last minute when another VRBO reservation fell short of expectations and we had to leave. The unit wasn't supposed to be rented due to the construction at the complex and on the building, but since we were already aware of this issue, the rental mgmt company allowed it. We're glad we did- this is a great unit for a couple! There is no beach view, but it does have a great deck overlooking the complex pool. There are 2 beaches for anyone at this complex- a private beach on the bay (which is as calm as a lake), and the gulf is just a super short walk across Fort Pickens Rd. The unit was clean upon arrival, although we had to question the choice of carpet throughout the unit..?? We would totally recommend this VRBO!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Visited for Spring Break. The weather was great and the location of the Condo was perfect. Just a short walk to the Ocean. The only issue was we were not aware there was construction going on. There wasn’t any condo numbers because all the siding was gone so it was difficult to figure which Condo was ours. They were installing siding and new decking starting at 7am every morning. Hard to sleep in on vacation when they’re pounding on your bedroom wall. Other than that it was relaxing. I would stay again.

Short warm weather get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If your looking for peace and quiet this place is perfect. Overall our stay was wonderful we had above average temps and lots of sunshine and time to just relax and enjoy. The few stairs turned out to be 14 but in all fairness we would choose the stairs and quire location rather than a larger,busier condo with elevators.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don't stay here unless you are bringing your dog. The place is nice enough but everyone has a dog and beach access is at a dog beach. Also they were replacing siding. Nails everywhere.
