Este es su hogar lejos del hogar, completo con ropa de cama, toallas, ollas, sartenes, utensilios y cocina completa, que incluye lavadora / secadora completa, estufa / horno, refrigerador, microondas, lavavajillas, licuadora, cafetera, TV y WiFi.

Esta espaciosa unidad está elegantemente decorada con un suave toque tropical, subiendo dos tramos de escaleras (sin ascensor, lo siento). La sala de estar principal está en el piso principal con dos dormitorios en el segundo piso y un loft / dormitorio en el tercer piso. Acceso a Internet de alta velocidad.

Master BR tiene cama king, el segundo dormitorio tiene cama King, el tercer dormitorio / loft tiene 2 camas individuales y la sala de estar tiene futón / cama Queen.

Lovely Condo

We loved our stay in this condo. Location was central to everywhere we wanted and needed to be for excursions, shopping, nature, relaxation, etc. Kiddos had their own spaces and the living room had plenty of room when we were all hanging out together. Lanai has a beautiful view of the water and complex. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

Clean spacious condo with lovely view

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, and everyone had their own space to retreat to at the end of the day. The views are incredible - we saw countless whales from our balcony. We also loved the pool. Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and very well organized. Great views of the ocean. The outside lighting could be better especially for those arriving after dark. It was very hard to find our building while wondering around in the dark. There could also be a better numbering system on the building with better visibility from the parking lots.

Poipu condo

This small condo property is settled on the coast close to Poipu. The condo project is very well maintained on the outside, with a nice pool and hot tub area. The 3 bedroom condo was adequate for our family of 4 adults and 2 teens. The unit has most of the items you will need for a visit, but it needs upgrading. The king bed is very used and soft, the screen door impossible to open and close, and the washer is not usable. They do provide beach chairs and half an umbrella. The key to get into the unit needs some help as we tried numerous times before getting it to go! But the view off the balcony and the island itself make it all worthwhile!

Better than advertised

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My adult daughters and son-in-law and I stayed in this unit between January 26th and February 4th. We found it better than the listing indicated, especially the view of the ocean from the lanai. It was clean and conveniently located close to many beaches, restaurants, a dive company, and whale-watching and Napali tours. The staff was very responsive in helping resolve a minor issue with the internet access and a more major incident involving a door to the lanai, which came off its track. My only issue was that I scraped the skin off my heel, while descending steps from the loft. Watch out for this because it could mess up water activities. They could fix the problem by making the loft stairs like the stairs between first and second floors. The problem is that the vertical board separating the steps does not go down to the next step. If you happen to step too close to the step above, you can scrape your heal on this.

Worst condo and customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ants got into our groceries the first day which was blamed on us (our fourth condo in Kauai and our first time having this problem). When we used the oven for the first time and opened it the smoke caused the detector to go off - we were blamed again because we put in bacon but the issue began before cooking it. Took a picture of the carbon buildup and was told the oven is cleaned every time - was advised to leave key in decrepit lockbox I practically had to break nails to get in despite the knob having a key code the housekeeper had. Then we realized two of the three toilets weren't screwed down tight enough so one leaked at the seal. We were advised the unsafe balcony would be repaired during our stay but it wasn't. The high nightly rate led me to expect good customer service (there's a reason it was still available for eleven nights straight just a few weeks before our vacation) but was sorely disappointed. Cannot recommend this specific unit (Makahuena which we stayed at last year is not to be missed) or company. They even tried accusing us of leaving a mess to discredit my negative Airbnb review but if that was true I'm sure they would've charged extra as was stipulated in their checkout procedures.

Close to great activities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time on the South Shore. The rental was well equiped. Nice layout of bedrooms/bathrooms. Only comment is that the place needed a little better cleaning. The balcony in particular needed a fair amount of cleanup before we could use the table and chairs.

Should not be rented until updated

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a dump - does anyone from your company ever visit the property. The furniture is literally falling apart. 5 light bulbs burnt out including stairway light on top floor – very dangerous at night. Dishwasher is broken. Refrigerator had mold on the water dispenser – which did not work. Shower door in first bedroom is broken. Front screen on the window blows in the wind due to being cut loose on two sides. I could go on and on! Very disappointing.

There are much better places to stay on Kauai

Reviewer Comments: This condo is located above a unit that is occupied by heavy smokers and barking dogs. Oceanfront Realty provides only one key for the unit, which is kept in an ancient rusted out lock box. The lock box is so hard to open we would not use it during our stay. When asked to provide a spare key we were told that the policy is only one key, that way their guests won't lose it. The loft screens were out of the windows, laying on the roof out of reach from the condo. When we asked Oceanfront to retrieve them and reinstall, they ignored the request. We were not pleased with this condo or Oceanfront and will not stay with either again.

Our Stay at Makahuena #1-308

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was generally in poor condition. One of the stove elements was not working. Another one was tilted at an angle making it dangerous for cooking. The microwave had to be replaced because of an electrical burning smell. However the replacement was a tabletop microwave that took up limited counter space. The furniture was uncomfortable. The top floor shower door was broken. The tv instructions had not been updated. Lanai door was stiff and needed lubricant.
