Kiahuna Golf Club offers 18 holes of lovely Hawaiian golfing, just steps from your door! But guests are also close to the northern point of the historic Hapa Trail, maintained in recent times since the 1980s and used to connect different parts of the island. The beautiful clear waters of Kiahuna Beach are just one-and-one-third miles away from the condo. Before heading over, consider picking up something delicious and fresh at Keoki's Paradise, just half a mile from the condo.

Our family enjoyed our time in this large clean condo. Absolutely beautiful area. Close to the beach and restaurants. We loved that it was in a less crowded area but still had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Awesome property!! Very clean, nicely decorated and everything was is great working order. Lots of beach gear available for use……beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and body boards. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Spacious and convenient in South Shore.

Plenty of seating and appliances. Convenient to poipu beach, poipu shopping village and newer kukuiula village. Beach chairs and float noodles in garage. We would definitely stay again.

Kauai 3BR 3BA in Poipu

Very pleasant and close to beaches. Short walk to Kiahuna Golf Course clubhouse (2 min). Enough kitchen gadgets to cook with pots and pans. Everything was fine. Perhaps they should clean carpets as were stained. Nice neighbors and quiet area.

Super spacious condo that is updated throughout. Would highly recommend a good carpet cleaning and the oven wasn’t cleaned. Otherwise would highly recommend and would return if we visit Kauai again!

Everything worked as defined. We loved the ice maker in front of the refrigerator especially since the other unit that our friends stayed at didn’t work. They were envious and jealous.

Awsome unit

Family of 7 stayed in this unit comfortably. The three bedrooms and bathrooms as well as couch bed was perfect for us. The only issues were the ice maker would leak and the carpet had a lot of stains. But that’s the only negatives if you could call it that. We cook a lot on vacation and the kitchen had everything we could need. We will be returning to this property in the near future.

Perfect place

This condo is huge with plenty of seating, comfy beds and a nice lanai. The location is close to the shopping village with good restaurants. PoiPu beach is less than a mile. The complex has a nice pool and a gym for guest use. Unfortunately the hot tub as set way too hot. The only negative was the fact that the unit only had 2 knives and Vacasa told us they could not supply anymore. Getting pods for the dishwasher took a bit of effort but eventually were supplied.

Girls Weekend

A group of 4 mom/friends from the Big Island wanted to take a quick weekend away & choose Kauai for the “laid back” vibe. This property exceeded our expectations. The surrounding area was quiet & safe (safe enough to take runs on your own) & close to shops/restaurants. The condo itself was very roomy. We each had our own space (2 of us roomed together). There was more than enough towels, kitchen utensils, & even extra fans provided for the stay. The communication with the property manager was great & I appreciated the reminders of when the trip was coming up, the easy ability to access the codes on the app, the check out instructions, & the text message reminder/link to check out. I definitely recommend this place & for me personally, I would love to come back (& stay at this place again) because there’s just so much to see/do on this island! 5 stars!

Like at home!

We felt right at home in this beautiful condo. The ambience is exactly as shown in the photos. The condo is clean, well maintained. We really appreciated the bathrooms annexed to each of the three bedrooms. We had everything we needed; beach towels, cooler, boogie board, beach chairs, umbrellas, first aid kit. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked often and all we needed were plastic dishes to bring our meals to the beach. We used the terrace every day for breakfast and dinner. We did the washing but only with hot water because the cold water option didn't work and there was no way to reach anyone to solve the problem. Some of our clothes have trodden. Despite that, we would definitely go back.

AC unit broke in condo

On our way to condo we were told that the AC unit was out but that it was being serviced. It continued to be serviced the entire week we were there with no resolution to the issue. Instead we had to deal with technicians in and out of the condo and a 85 degree condo the entire time. 100% unacceptable. The $25/per day offered compensation does definitely make up for us having to deal with the inconveniences during our stay. Would not stay here again.

Loved the pool, and the beds were comfy!

We loved the pool, and the beds were really comfortable. The neighbors were nice, but asked us to watch how heavily we walked. I had to make a few complaints on the cleanliness the first day. We found dirty towels, and paper coffee mugs. The coffee maker wasn't working, but maintenance brought another one. Later we found toy balls, dust on the shelves, and the beach towels took forever to dry, (hours.) I left them on chairs to dry overnight to fix the problem. Not sure if the dryer wasn't working correctly. There weren't enough forks. We had to constantly wash forks. There was only 5 of us, and 6 or 7 forks. With all of this, we did really enjoy our stay. We enjoyed it better than a house we rented near by. We love coming to Kauai, and this was a great place to stay. It had some corks, and mistakes were missed. I hope this helps others in the future.

Location is great! Sadly this owner has light beige carpet and the management did not get the carpet cleaning done before we checked in! There was a 2 foot long stain in one of the master suites, 2 twin room had a huge spill and all throughout it looked like someone ate and drank their way throughout the house. The front entry and area around the carpet was splotched with food and wine spills. We were very Disappointed and addressed vacasa immediately. The management offered to clean the carpet while we were there!??? That was not going to work for us. They ruined our plan to celebrate with some nice dinners with friends in, on my 50th birthday week. One of our guests opted to stay at a hotel because they were not comfortable with the state of the carpet in their room. Thank goodness Kauai is so beautiful and we were out and about often!

Extended Stay

We reserved 11C for a month. Upon arrival we found dirty glasses, old coffee, and grounds in the machine along with a missing reusable filter basket, rug was stained throughout the condo, master bdrm shade was broken, when I inquired about the shade, the operation manager (OM) was aware. Our first night we couldn't close the shade. The glass door to the lanai was dirty, when I inquired, was told the dirt was between the panes. The washer only washed garments in hot water. The OM came by a week into our stay, discovered the lines were switched. Note, the same issue was identified by another guest in July. Central air is non-existent in the front bdrm. After a week of inquiries, the OM brought a portable AC unit. The front bdrm bathroom toilet ran for a week. The microwave lights didn't work, and a light bulb above the kitchen island burnt out. When I inquired it took days to receive a fix. I was told the work order got lost. The vacuum bag was full, when I asked for a new bag, I was told I needed to purchase a replacement. We hadn't even used it. We pulled it out because the sofa sleeper had food scattered under the couch cushions. The stool under the kitchen island was worn and torn. A third of the dishware was chipped and the pots and pans are old and subpar. We purchased our own frying pan so we could cook eggs without having to scrub the pan for days. As for positives, the pool was very nice, landscaping was beautiful, and the BBQ grills were well maintained.

Wonderful location!

The condo is roomy and the location near PoiPu beach is great. The view is not an ocean one, but we got the sunsets and the grounds are beautifully kept. The six of us were very comfortable there.

Splendid!

Immaculate, spacious, very homey! The house is exactly as described and pictures are accurate as well. There was also a very generous welcome basket left for us with a personalized greeting card. That small detail really makes staying here worth more than five stars. We can't wait to visit again!

Great Family Condo

The condo was clean and in a great location close to beaches, shops and restaurants. The air conditioning broke the last two days but the property manager. was great in communicating with us and trying to get it fixed. We really appreciate their generosity in compensating us for those two days.
