The ground level features a garage which is stocked with beach toys, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a wagon. It can accommodate one car. A door from the garage leads to the private pool and deck. The deck features a dining table, pool and lounge chairs, as well as a gas grill, all overlooking a beautiful lagoon.

The second level (main) will greet you with a large open foyer and half bath. You will immediately notice the entire floor is an open concept. The kitchen features high-end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an island which seats three.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dining ware you'll need, as well as small appliances. This floor has a set of sliding doors off the dining and living areas which open up to a covered deck that spans the entire width of the house. The deck is flanked with cozy furniture and has beautiful views across the lagoon.
Also located on this floor is one of the two master suites with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and flat-screen TV. There is also a laundry room on this level.

As you travel up the staircase to the third level, you come to three of the home's five bedrooms. This floor includes another master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV.
Down the hall you will find two other queen bedrooms with a full shared bathroom, both furnished with flat-screen TVs. One of the bedrooms leads to a covered deck which overlooks a lagoon.
This floor also has a great lounge area. The loft is a cozy spot to curl up on the couch and watch TV or enjoy a game with family and friends. It also has a door which leads to a covered deck which overlooks a lagoon.

The fourth level is home to an enormous bedroom with two queen beds and one twin-over-twin bunkbed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. This is a perfect spot for young kids and teens or a whole family.
This home is the perfect vacation spot! Close to restaurants and shopping, short walk to the beach, Adventure Putt Putt and Arcade, and the local beach bar on the sand, Jamaica Joe'z.

This property has one active security camera on premise. There is a camera over the garage with a view of the driveway

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 60lbs or under, at least 2yrs of age, and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.
