La Villa "Mathis" es una gran casa familiar con aire acondicionado situada en un callejón sin salida privado, a 5 minutos del casco antiguo de Antibes y su gran puerto deportivo. Esta casa en 2 niveles, expuesta al sur en medio de una pequeña urbanización de villas, está situada en un terreno de 800 m ² con 1000 metros del mar. Está a 3 minutos del golf BIOT y en el corazón de todos los servicios. Esta casa le ofrecerá un espacio acogedor que hará que su estancia sea relajante y entretenida tanto en el interior como en el jardín.
Villa Mathis ha sido reubicada en 2018 en un estilo bastante contemporáneo. Cada pieza ha sido cuidadosamente rediseñada y decorada. El ambiente general que sale es sereno. Dos habitaciones contiguas de Saint-Tropez del último nivel le darán la oportunidad de broncearse en paz y privacidad.
Nuestro jardín con piscina (8 ml x 4 m) l fondo plano (1,50 m) ubicado en medio del jardín rodeado por una parcela de césped y su vegetación minimalista. Una gran pérgola de madera, equipada con un bar, una barbacoa y varios lugares de la vida.
Un spa con 5 plazas se encuentra en una habitación en la planta baja con vistas al jardín. Usted puede, si lo desea, reservar este espacio de relajación de acuerdo con la tarifa y la regulación provista en complemento.
Esta casa grande tiene todas las ventajas para pasar una estancia agradable en la Riviera cerca de los pueblos más bellos (Antibes, Niza, St. Paul de Vence, Juan les Pins, Cannes, Mónaco ...)

Eric was a great and very helpful host and checked in regularly to ensure we were ok. Eric was always on call if we needed anything or recommendations on what to do or where to go. The house was lovely and clean with everything you could need. The pool was brilliant and there were loads of loungers and the jacuzzi was fantastic! Would recommend getting a car but Ubers are very reliable in the area if needed.Overall a great stay!!!

Lovely, comfortable, secure villa in a quiet area of Antibes. Everything was very clean and the house was well equipped inside and out, especially the kitchen. Great space for our family holiday with lots of areas to come together or escape! Nice swimming pool which was not heated but got warmed by the sun. Eric was the perfect host and went out of his way to communicate, make us feel welcome and provide holiday ideas which was much appreciated!

Fantastic property and host

Eric was really helpful through the whole process and whilst we were staying there. The property and its facilities were fantastic, as well as the surrounding areas. We will definitely be going back again!

True to the pictures and description. We had a lovely stay at Villa Mathis. Clean, spacious and really comfortable for 2 families (4 adults and 4 children). The pool and the air conditioning throughout were a must with the heatwave. Eric was the perfect host, friendly and welcoming, easy to contact throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend to others.

Antibes-Monaco F1 visit

Had a great week in Antibes using the house as a base for going to Monaco on the train for work and F1. Then had a lovely few days holiday when the family joined us. Host was excellent on communication from arrival to departure. Garden and pool area lovely, house has everything you need

Two week family vacation in Antibes

This home had everything we could have asked for. the convenience of a washing machine, a pool, a jacuzzi, air conditioning (a necessity for us), a full kitchen, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the five of us to live comfortably. Eric, the owner, was very accommodating and a very gracious, kind host. We highly recommend this home for your vacation. The location was perfect as it's close to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great villa

Eric was the perfect host, providing clear directions for check in and out, a comprehensive manual and was on hand by text for any other questions. The villa is very comfortable and the outside area is great. We stayed home and cooked several nights, you have everything you need in the kitchen and a great bbq grill too. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful and beds are comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Superb Antibes Villa

The villa was wonderful. Well equipped, lots of storage. The beds were super comfy with good quality clean linen. The outside facilities were amazing, the pool, spa, fun outside bar area and kitchen. We had a most relaxing and comfortable stay. Eric, the host met us with a warm welcome and full overview of the villa and local knowledge. Easy to use the bus into Antibes with then excellent access to the train network. Overall excellent villa and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Wonderful House and quiet location

We had a very nice stay in Erics house. The house is very well equipped and we havent missed anything. Antibes is a good location in order to start sightseeing tours from there. Having a rental car is nice to have, but not mandatory. Bus- or train connections are available and stations are not far away. Eric is very helpful and sooo friendly! We felt very good over there. Thanks again, Eric, and à bientot. Many Greetings from Frankfurt.

The Whole Package!

A great villa with everything you need in a perfect location near the sea and amazing towns (plus right next to bus stop and close to two train stations for easy access to anywhere you want to go) hosted by the extremely helpful Eric and translator Ylan. Nothing was a problem from arriving to leaving. Everything was spotless including the pool and outside bar and seating/sunbathing areas. Very private with a drive to keep your car safe behind an eletric gate. Would definitely book again if we return to the South of France.

A lovely week.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Antibes staying at Villa Mathis. The Villa has a great sized pool and hot tub and the internal deco is of a high standard. The location of the villa is really useful for trips into all areas of Antibes and is only around 20 minutes from the Airport at Nice. We did day trips to Monte Carlo, Nice & Cannes and it was all very easy and straight forward. The Train was also very close. Eric was a great host and was in regular communications with us. Nothing was too much to ask. And the icing on the cake was the home made Pissaladière made for us. Overall I’d highly recommend Villa Mathis and would love to return.

Fantastic property

We had the most wonderful holiday in Eric's villa. Nothing was too much trouble for him to assist with. We arrived to a very welcome cold drink at the outside bar from our host. The villa was simply beautiful and perfect for our family. It is in a quiet area, but you can still walk into Antibes within 25 mins. The airport also is only a 20 min drive away. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and be able to chill out. There is a small supermarket a 5 min walk away, and also the larger Lidl is a 5 min drive away (that is definitely much cheaper than the large Carrefour). The hot tub was such a treat to enjoy after a day exploring the area. I would recommend seeking out the beautiful smaller villages in the area such as Biot (5 min drive) and St Paul de Vence (30 min drive) - that was just the most beautiful village with lots of little shops, restaurants and art work. We would go back in a heartbeat. We are so grateful to Eric for helping to make the stay so perfect for us.

Every room is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The layout worked wonderfully for a group our size, with plenty of space to gather together as well as quiet corners for relaxing.What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of Eric, the owner. He is an absolute gem — welcoming, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful time. Eric couldn’t do enough for us, and his thoughtful touches made all the difference. We felt completely at ease and thoroughly looked after.The outdoor space is equally magical — ideal for morning coffee, long lunches, and sunset toasts. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying the peaceful garden, we felt like we had found our own private paradise in Antibes.We cannot recommend Villa Mathis highly enough. It was the perfect setting for our celebration, and we’re already dreaming about coming back!

What a place! What a gem. Forget the Old Town, this house is only one mile from the train station, there’s a great market for essentials in walking distance and a fantastic pizza place too nearby.But the house. It’s just this very cool vibe, lots of room to just be in Antibes and oh did I forget about the pool.. the hot tub and the bar? There’s a secure gate to park two or maybe three cars and a beautiful established garden to relax your bones and cool your head away from the hub-hub and heat of a busy and often sweltering downtown Antibes.The owner is fantastic, he is incredibly attentive and cares about you having a wonderful time. Which you will. We even got a homemade onion tart. Thanks Eric! Book this place on your next holiday in Antibes. You’re welcome.

Très belle villa pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé des excellents vacances (7 personnes) dans cette magnifique villa à Antibes. La villa Mathis est très spacieuse, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée, les chambres et salles de bain privés sont également dans un excellent état. Les points forts de cette villa : la terrasse, le BBQ, jacuzzi et la piscine. Le contact avec le propriétaire était très agréable: Eric est d'une énorme gentillesse. We enjoyed our stay very much

Eric and Claudia were very welcoming and informative when we arrived and were available via Whatsapp during our stay. The house, garden and pool were beautiful, private and clean with everything we could want provided, including plenty of outside sunny & shaded seating and a useful bike for short trips to the shop. Gated parking is available within the property for a car or the train station for trips up and down the coast is a 20 minute walk away. We preferred to use taxis/uber which were usually a 15 minute wait for comfort €€ as standard € cars were rarely available. It might be useful to future guests to be aware this and have some tips on taxi/uber/bolt usuage. An additional single bed was supposed to have been provided in one of the rooms but this didn't materialise and we used the bunk bed room instead. I might also mention that the fridges could have been turned on earlier to ensure they were cold on arrival. Overall, we were very happy and had a great time in Antibes. Would definitely recommend this villa!
